Love this brand. I’m also certain all the cool fabric names are marketing gimmicks but I don’t care. I NEED polytec and Millerain in my life.

The time from selecting the items to the time they were delivered was easy to track.

I really like the look of the command trousers. However the fact that the 2 pairs I purchased fit differently is quite disappointing.
The materials are good and one of the pairs is extremely comfortable and just what I was looking for.

Lovely company, great products

I ordered a pair. Apparently the package ran into some shipping issues. I contacted ThruDark after learning of the issue and I was issued a refund and gift card. So, I reordered 2 pair while using the gift card. The package arrived with no shipping issues.

I love these shorts. I ran in them recently and they are true to size. The pockets are perfect and the quality felt great and seems to be able to handle many future morning runs.

I have used these guys a lot in the past and love the quality of the clothes. I have literally spent £1k's. I recently made three orders, a lot of items being duplicates in different sizes as their sizing is a by strange.
One package was not delivered despite their customer service trying to tell me it was. I told them via email that it wasn't received and they completely stopped replying to my emails. I have followed up after a few days each time but it has now been 2 weeks. They last replied to me on 7th April and I replied the same day. I have since chased on the 8th, 9th, 11th, 14th and 18th with no response whatsoever. I have also tried to raise a new ticket on the portal but it will not let me because (I assume) they have blocked me from doing so.

Easy to order great product will definitely order more, love the back story and provenance surrounding thrudark. I was pleased to see thrudark advertised in the lux report along side some of the greatest companies in the fashion world. It belongs there.

All the clothing I have brought has been outstanding Quality.Very comfortable wearing and long lasting.The clothing does what it is supposed to do. I look forward to purchasing again soon.

So well made - fits like a dream. You can just appreciate the time and craftsmanship that goes into everything they make. I had high expectations and they were surpassed.
