I went for a 7 day journey with Tenzin Gyaltsen from Lhasa to Everest B.C and towards Katmandu and I had the time of my life…
Tenzin managed to take us into temples and places that I would’ve never imagine possible.
Tibet vista did a fantastic job planing and organizing everything, meals were great, hotels were comfortable and clean and more importantly Tenzin knows his country from A to Z.
Highly recommend!!

Tenzin has been a one and only experience of a tourist guide in a lifetime. Courteous, knowledgeable, caring, always attentive to our needs and wishes, went out of his way to keep us satisfied, always sincerely genuine in his answers, a sweet, gentle man, not only a guide, but also an inspiration as a human been.

Our guide Tenzig Gyaltsen was amazing very insighful and filled with knowledge of the places and the people, he also provided great support when we needed to adjust schedules.

This was hands down, one of the greatest trips ever! My tour guide was Kiki, and my driver was Tashi. Kiki was so knowledgeable and provided great insights into Tibetan culture and history throughout the trip. She was also super fun to be around - my family and I were super engaged and had a lot of laughs with her around :) She accommodated to our every request, surprised us with lots of food, brought us to amazing lunch & dinner spots (+ hidden gems) and just made the trip a 10/10! My boyfriend also proposed to me at Everest Base Camp, and Kiki (being the amazing photographer that she is), took SO many amazing photos!!!! Kiki and Tashi also surprised us the next day at dinner with a huge cake to celebrate our engagement, which was so so sweet :”) It really shows that they go above and beyond to make clients feel special.

Tashi, our driver, was also such a pro. He drove for long hours everyday without complaint. With over 32 years of driving experience under his belt, he was the MVP that made the trip possible for sure. As a person that gets motion sickness quite often, I did not once feel sick whilst in the car thanks to his smooth driving.

Thanks Kiki and Tashi for making the trip so unforgettable. To prospective clients, do consider Tibet Vista! :)

Kiki and Tashi were an integral part of making this trip so enjoyable. They attended to our every need while making every effort to accommodate what we wanted to accomplish on this Tibet trip. Kiki was very knowledgeable and always took the extra step in ensuring we had our best experience. Tashi was impeccable in his driving and navigation and ensured we were safe through the long rides. This trip would not be the same without them and I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 would do it again.

To be able to travel through Tibet and feel and see these world heritage listed sites is a dream come true.
Tibet vista makes sure you are comfortable, safe and the trip runs smoothly. They give good advice with altitude. They give a good demonstration of some customs like calligraphy, flag printing and incense making and food selection is varied and flexible for different needs. I didn’t realise there were different comfort options. I was on 3 star - and the rooms were basic but always clean. Tibet vista have the best accomodation for when it matters (Everest bace camp). You are close, very short walk and great dinner and have oxygen supplied to the room. If I could have made it more comfortable - I would have used oxygen earlier in the evenings. But if I did that, would my body have adapted as quick as I did?

Amazing experience in Tibet!! Dickey and our driver Mr. Li provided us with the perfect experience. They always provided great communication, caring attitude, and in depth knowledge of everywhere we went. They went above and beyond to give us the trip of a lifetime. Will definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to visit Tibet!

Dickey was an excellent tour guide, she was so passionate and knowledgable, and have us very detailed commentary n took good care of us during the trip, also have me advice of what to do during my stay behind, and also Mr Li is a good driver, he drives safely and always helping us with out luggages.

In March, 2026 I took a 10 days Tibet tour from Nyingchi peach blossom festival to Lhasa including Everest base camp organised by Tibet Vista. It was a beautiful journey for me.
The organization was excellent. Communication was prompt and accurate, and the guides handled all the documentation at security checkpoints, so we had nothing to worry about as travelers. Our accommodations ranged from cozy, traditional Tibetan hotels (my personal favorite) to very comfortable Western-style hotels.
We traveled long distances in a new, clean, and comfortable bus with a professional driver who drove safely and kindly assisted us with our luggage.
The guides Tenzen (Nyingchi part) and Keldor (Lhasa part) were really caring and knowledgeable, so we were provided with info on local attractions, were often offered some hot tea, or when going to very high altitudes all were offered oxygen.
Keldor also shared helpful breathing techniques to ease the effects of altitude.
Tibetan culture and nature were of spectacular beauty to me, so the whole journey was a bliss. My biggest thanks goes to our guide Keldor for his good sense of humour mixed into the shared stories and daily conversations, for his good taste in picking the Tibetan restaurants with delicious food, traditional home environment or dance performances and accommodating various dietary preferences of our fellow travellers. He is a skilled photographer I am glad he shared a few of his pictures with us.
I also appreciated his sparks of creativity when handling unplanned situations (when things were forgotten on the bus and retrieved in time for sightseeing without that stopping the whole group).
He went an extra mile for us in many ways: giving us small gifts to remember our visit to Everest, adjusting the itinerary to take advantage of clear skies so we could see more of the world’s highest peaks, and even arranging hotel rooms at base camp with direct views of Everest.
The tour programme was very well structured too, we got to see the spectacular nature, cities, monasteries, temples, had a meditation session and even made prayer flags, it truly gave us a rich taste of Tibetan culture. It was a pleasure to travel with Keldor, I loved his spirit, I am incredibly grateful I got to see Tibet, it is now among my most beautiful life memories.

I had an amazing experience with this agency during my trip to Tibet. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and I always felt in good hands.

Even when unexpected situations came up, they handled everything smoothly and professionally, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. Our guide Gonpo, truly made a difference in this trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything in a clear and engaging way, and was always there for us. He was not only very professional but also genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made the experience even more special.

A special mention as well to our driver Pazhu, who, despite not speaking English, was incredibly kind and friendly. We even encountered snowy and challenging road conditions, and he drove with great care and professionalism, making us feel safe at all times.

I truly recommend this agency to anyone planning a trip to Tibet!

A fantastic experience, not only because of the scenery and locations we visited, but also because of the excellent organizers and guides.

Tibetan guide Gelek, who accompanied us for most of the trip, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made our journey particularly unforgettable.

Our 8-day Lhasa to Kyirong Port trip was absolutely unforgettable, all thanks to our incredible guide Gelek!

Gelek has extensive knowledge of Tibetan culture, religious rituals and the Lhasa-Kyirong route. He explained the profound meaning of prayer flags, ancient monasteries and sacred mountains, letting us truly immerse in Tibetan culture. He carefully planned routes to avoid crowds, maximize scenic viewing time and ensure safe high-altitude adaptation.

He went above and beyond to handle all travel logistics, recommended tasty local food, and attended to our every need with patience and warmth. His positive attitude made long drives enjoyable, and his love for Tibet is truly contagious.

Gelek is the best guide for this trip—attentive, professional and thoughtful. Highly recommend him! Thank you, Gelek, for an amazing Tibetan adventure we’ll never forget!

We had an amazing experience in Tibet from 1–8 Mar thanks to our guide, Gelek. He is incredibly knowledgeable and could answer all our questions - from history and nature to local culture - with depth and clarity.

Beyond that, he was genuinely friendly and attentive, always looking out for the group and even helping individual travellers and group travellers like us take great photos along the way. He also gave recommendations on things to do throughout the trip. We opted for the 5-star hotel, but felt that Intercontinental Hotel was a little far out. Gelek assisted and coordinated well with the office to accommodate us an an alternative hotel, and shared what we could do around the new area. Administratively, he was also well prepared with all the documentations needed for checks along the journey.

What stood out most was his care and professionalism. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, he went the extra mile to check on me and offer help whenever needed.

Truly the best guide in Lhasa and Tibet. Highly recommend Gelek to anyone visiting!

I had a wonderful travel experience under the tour lead of YeShi. He has been extremely friendly, patience, care and joyful leading the trip in Lhasa over last 7 days.
