Overall ok, but be careful

Overall ok, but VERY aggressive with add-ons. You have to be extremely careful each time you push a button. Even pushing the "pay by card" button at the end adds a fee to the total / you need to pay by bank directly to get the lowest price.

not flexible in rebooking

I intended to book a ticket but accidentally booked a ticket in reverse itinerary from a website. I realized it after they issued the ticket after a week unfortunately.
I tried to call ticket.se on the same day I realized my mistake but I couldn't reach them. I tried to go to their office in my city during weekdays but work didn't allow me to do that.
I managed to reach them by phone on Saturday. Since I didn't buy cancellation insurance, they told me that they couldn't rebook the ticket. They just cancelled my ticket and I lost all the money which is a big part of my yearly vacation trip budget. I had purchased a rebooking option on the website but they didn't allow me to rebook it.
The ticket page was in Swedish. So that rebooking option was misleading for me thinking that it was as flexible as canceling as long as I would purchase another ticket. It should be more explaining about not covering itinerary changes for rebooking.
I know I made a mistake by not booking the correct itinerary but they can be more flexible in rebooking if someone purchased a rebooking option even with a changed itinerary.

Great customer service

I made a stupid mistake while booking. My expectations where low, but Ticket.se CS helped me every step of the way. I called this morning and the issue was fixed within an hour. Amazing; thank you again!

All about the money and no work done.

My wife and I bought tickets while being in rush and made a mistake of course. The date for the tickets were correct but not the land of departure, we noticed this instantly but unfortunately too late since we already payed for the tickets. When contacting Ticket.se and explaining the issue at hand, they said that they would try to help resolve the matter and just switch the land of departure because the mistake was made within a 24 hour period, but before any action could be made a link was sent where you had to pay 300 SEK. We of course payed this at once and waited until later afternoon to receive a basicly automated reply that they had been in contact with several people of the airline company and that there was no solution for this issue and no money would be refunded.
We were frustrated and disappointed with the answer but concluded that they probably could not do anything else regarding the matter, but still we insisted on calling the airline company ourselves and resolved the issue within 20 minutes of just simply switching the land of departure and payed a difference of almost 1000 SEK.
While speaking with the airline company they said they were pretty sure nobody had inquired any information about this matter which of course upset us. While Ticket.se is charging you for every little service instead of taking care of you as a customer i cannot express anything but resentment towards their customer service as you can't even ask questions before they noted that the support package fee must be payed before anything else.
We hope this does not happen to any other customers and hopefully Ticket.se will start taking care of their customers instead of just thinking about how to make quick money and generally being rude on other peoples misstakes.
