Worst experience ever
Do not buy ticket garanti. That is just another way to scam people. Even if you pay and try to rebook, they will tell you the price of new ticket not the difference in-between. I checked the price on their website for new ticket before I phoned them. Waited for almost an hour in telephone queue to speak to a guy as they don't allow any changes through their website or app. They guy told me the difference of price to change which was actually the price of new ticket. So why did I pay extra for ticket garanti ? Bla bla bla...
Don't waste your money and time. Buy directly from the airline even it feels bit expensive at the point of buying.
This is another scam company
This is another scam company, that first shows you cheap options for tickets, then when booking, it redirects you to different airports from the original choice, so you have to be extra careful when booking. Of course you have to pay extra for every sneeze, want a hand luggage, it is extra, insurance is extra, and booking cancelation is extra as well. The customer service is not helpful - whatever is wrong - fix it with the air company. and what are you for? perhaps for just being there and getting paid for nothing.
I managed to double book a flight and called in the next available calling time, but of course it is not refundable, just because of their "rules", so I just waste money. Better book with a real company and not scammers.
Lucrative booking-process
Their user-interce while booking made it look like we absolutely had to decide where on the plane we wanted to sit (we apparently, according to customer-service missed the smallest button that told us that we didn't need to choose) - adding additional 350 euro to the price. Feeling extremely scammed, because they wouldn't do anything about it. Extremely lucrative interface while booking - be carefull!
Update: I got into contact with them again, and they said that they would re-emburse me 40 euros, which I am quite thankful for. They said that they will look into it again and see if they can reemburse me more. Will update this comment on the go. Rating 1 star --> 2 stars for caring customer service. Still not even close to the damage done, and still feels like I got scammed.
prices changes while booking
STAY AWAY
I tried to book a flight with Ticket.se. via direct debit. Unfortunately you have to sign 2 waivers first: one to allow ticket.se to access ALL your bank transactions for the next 6 months, and then one to pay. But somehow, the booking doesn't go through, but the payment does... "too many people trying to book this flight at the same time, the money will be returned to you in due time".
So now, I have no money, no flight, but someone will be able to access my account for 6 months...

Great, easy, cheap
Bought a cheaper ticket than on the SAS page, could pay with directly with my Swedish bank and saved a few hundred kronors.
I could immediately link and see my tickets at the SAS profile.
I had to fix an issue cause by them
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this ticket agent. I booked three tickets through them, only to later discover that one was marked as "open," meaning it had no assigned flight date. This was clearly an issue on their end, yet when I contacted them for support, they demanded 300kr just to investigate the problem!
After some back and forth, they finally admitted their mistake but told me to contact the airline myself to fix it. This was completely unacceptable—why should I have to resolve an issue they caused?
To make matters worse, when I requested reimbursement for their failure to assist, they kept avoiding responsibility, refusing to provide a clear answer. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was appalling.
I strongly advise against using this agent. If something goes wrong with your booking, don’t expect them to help—you’ll be left to sort it out yourself.

I used linked to Ticket.se from skyscanner.se for my flight from Copenhagen to Auckland via Doha (23 hours). When I paid via link Ticket.se actually routed me through China with stops in Paris. The duration of flights is now 47 hours!! WARNING ... I found this out after paying
Untrust agency
Untrust agency. I had a problem with the ticket of one of my employers; they recommended I pay more and keep it as an open ticket, and I paid for them extra. When I decided to use the ticket, they informed me that it had expired. I received no reimbursement, pretending that the Turkish airplane changed the rule. I booked through their agency, and I had a guarantee from their agency, but they said they were so unprofessional. I am usually travel a lot, but I will never ever trust them again

There was a change in my flight time from the flight company and I was offered another flight with a different time which was not suitable for me I found an earlier flight and asked Ticket.se to change it. which was the same option but one day earlier they took a service fee for that although it was not something in my hand.
