In one page they show one price then when arriving on their page it shows dubble the årice. They just want to be on the top of the listing.

If you book a ticket, make sure you don't buy an insurance.Because it's a scam.I bought a ticket 4 thousand and they are , for me , two thousand back , my fly , it's in a month but I get rob on my holiday and had to cansel and at all , does that insurance will help me all day there all day date they did was just to rob me as well. And I brought, and I'd rather baggage insur or the airport did baggage and they don't even want to help me the worst experience ever, but I want judge to them because I don't know why they steal my maybe that's a good reason A cancer treatment or something but one thing is for sure , I will do mine , so nobody ending the same situation as me Let's get ready to rumble!(':quote Michael Buffer)

These people are scammers who have defrauded us of billions of dollars in Sweden, Palestine, Norway, and Europe. I am one of the people who have defrauded me of over thirty dollars, $30,000. I do not advise anyone to go along with them or participate with them. I did not start them. They are all a group of scammers and bloodsuckers. Their treatment is very bad.

It is an extremely reliable company to book your tickets with. Very fair cancellations and refund policies.
No hassle booking and support is really nice.

We are unable to connect to the customer service after booking to modify, all channels to communicate became useless. Disappointed and faced troubles. rest all fine.

I had a very negative experience with Ticket.se. I booked a flight that originally cost €305 with 25 kg baggage included through the airline. Ticket.se sold me the same ticket for €300 without baggage. I then paid an additional €40 for baggage.

The next day, they refused to honor the baggage purchase and refunded the €40, telling me to buy it directly from the airline. When I went to the airline, they offered baggage for €400. Ticket.se refused to help, showing complete lack of responsibility.

This is more fraud than a travel agency. Their website offers no help, their customer service is useless, and I strongly advise never buying from Ticket.se.

Why don't they send the information about how long before I have to be at the airport? It was my first flight and it was very cheap, but is chepper means for them they don’t care about me? Because I’m not vip passengers!
My first experience as an economy passenger with ticket.com , I was not happy.

Ticket is without a doubt - the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to helping customers. I’ve been lied to during approximately 15 phone calls over the course of 3 days - when I asked if it was possible to change the name on our booking. Ticket lied to my wife during this period as well. We almost did not change the name of the booking in time because of the lies of Ticket representatives who told us this was impossible - they only reacted and helped when I found out and told Ticket that they are obligated to assist as per their agreement with the airline - they did not expect me to know this, but knew that they had to. We will never, ever use Ticket again - it was the absolute worst experience and to know that their representatives will lie to their customers just to get out of doing their job is beyond unacceptable. I’ve had many bad experiences with services like Ticket’s before but this is without a doubt the worst and beyond shameful. I hope you record all the phone calls so you can train your staff - disgusting behavior.
