Company is not responsive via own form, then try to make money on you.
Had a situation where my baby’s surname was entered wrong for the reservation, noticed the issue immediately after purchase, and wrote to them way before the ticket was issued. Got an auto-reply that they would reply in 48h and to be patient and NOT to try and contact them, that then I would be helping them manage their load. A month later, I haven’t received any replies as my flight approaches. I try again, and AGAIN are left waiting with no reply. When I try contacting them on the phone, they try and make it look like I’m the one at fault, that I should have called, and offering to “fix” it by charging up to 7x more what I paid for my baby’s ticket. I ask if I can then buy another ticket for him, since it’s much cheaper, and they try to make me buy another adult ticket together with the baby ticket.
A complete lack of service-mindedness. Haven’t gotten the feeling they were trying to help not even for a second, but instead, trying to make money on you. Never even apologised for not fullfilling their promise of replying within 48h, and for me leaving me with much less options to fix my situation as my flight is close in time now. AVOID this company.

Demanded payment for a change which the airline company offered to do for free.
Booked a flight + hotell in Berlin for me and my girlfriend. I made the mistake of not changing the last name of my girlfriend from mine to hers, which I noticed right after I had clicked accept and payed. No worries, I thought, sending an email in hopes of getting a change... They wanted 1900kr for the change.
Reaching out to the airline company (Norweigan) and telling them my mistake, they said they'd gladly change my mistake for free. Sadly they couldn't due to the ticket being locked under Ticket.se controll. I had to pay them for a change the airline company itself would do for free. When I asked Ticket.se what the cost/fee covered they snarkly repsonded with administrative work. A simply name change Norweigan would allow me to do for free on their own app with just 5min of my time. 1900kr.
My own fault, yes. But still horrible customer service imo. I wont buy anything via them again.

irresponsible, they sell the tickets and they don't care if their customer had a flight cancellation, they block it so that the airline can't change the date just to push you to pay extra. even if you buy a luggage they don't update it and let you pay extra at the airport without reimbursing you, the only answer we got was : we can't do anything for you
