Completely useless company
I bought two tickets from Tirana to Stockholm. The flight was cancelled without any previous message. When I tried to get a refund from Ticket.se, they said they are not responsible, that I had to talk to the air company. The air company says I have to talk to Ticket.se because I bought the tickets there ... Ticket.se is completely useless company, I'll never buy a ticket again !!

I got a email 2 weeks after I had payed…
I got a email 2 weeks after I had payed my flight that the airline didn’t have any seats left and they cancelled my ticket. When I go look at ticket.se website they still have the exact same flight but the cost is 1000 sek extra than earlier when I booked it. When I contact them to express my concern they reply with “if you had booked your ticket in our shop this wouldn’t be an issue”. I tried to explain again and again that isn’t it impossible for you to sell me this flight if it already is full cuz it is still on your website? They complained over maybe it is some computer issues and then they tried to sell me a ticket for 20.000sek more.
I still didn’t understand and they promised to get back to me the same day. It has now been 3 days and it all ended with me loosing 100sek and a lot of energy..

Inexcusably difficult to rebook
They have this "ticket guarantee" extra that you need to buy if you want your money back.
If you want change your ticket, they said that "it's a 1200kr (~120€) minimum" and you need to tell them the dates through email. No easy way to rebook and the fee is ridiculous for a short trip. Very bad service that is most likely designed to be bad on purpose.
It's the kind of company that works sometimes, then when something goes wrong, as things sometimes do, then you see how bad their service is and how it's tailored to get a lot of money out of you in a pinch, and you don't use them again. Not very good for their future.

Bought tickets a couple of times with them. Very simple and efficient ticketing process. Provides flight cancellation guarantees and refund options which I always purchased with my flights but I did not have to use those services yet. Makes me feel secured that they will support me if in any case I need to cancel my flights. Choosing seats costs extra, that is a bit of a negative. Overall satisfied with the service!

Typical semi-scummy travel agency
Typical semi-scummy travel agency. Expect the classical "misclick one button and pay 20% extra for no apparent reason". Price jumps up and down during the order process and not before you eventually get to the final validation stage do you know what you're actually paying. I've also experienced them announcing one price, then completely changing it while booking. Pay attention to how lots of search engines (ie Skyscanner) tend to report much lower prices for flights from Ticket than what you actually get quite consistently. Weird, huh?
If you actually get the low price they promise though, they tend to be pretty decent - and if you avoid their "help package" (another scummy concept where you have to pay extra for what is considered basic services elsewhere) you can save a little more. Just, don't expect too much - they are after all trying to make money out of thin air.

Pretty fast and trustable service
Pretty fast service. I got the booking confirmation after finishing my booking even though the online system was not that responsive -- it did not end at the final step (Klart); and ticket was delivered after about 48h.
The minor minus point: I would expect Ticket.se to check the availability of the tickets before asking me to complete my payment.
In my case, I paid using Trustly. The money was withdrawn from my account and right after that I was informed that the ticket is not available and a refund was made. A bit worry at that time since not being sure when I will get the money back.
But again, it's nice that I got the money just after couple of hours.

Ticket.se not to be trusted
I booked a ticket to BMA 07:30 but received a ticket to another destination ARN 18:15 the same day. After waiting 2.30 hours they claim they cannot do anything. Most people probably give up which probably is the purpose since they don't include that in their SLA.
They, as all in the brand, use cookies to up the prices if you have clicked on it several times. But now they clearly use deception. I strongly recommend avoiding Ticket.se
