Good on-line service more responsive than other sites offering similarr products

I have chosen for this site instead of the original site because of the possibility to pay with iDeal. I think the tickets were a bit more expensive on ticketbar but being able to pay with iDeal makes it so much easier.

I had booked tickets on the wrong day and they went ahead and rescheduled my tickets in a hassle-free fashion. Really appreciate it!

Cosy little appartment in the Center of Gracia. Lots of Bars and Restaurants nearby. 5 min walk to the next metro station. Unfortunately noisy at night due to disrespectful neighbours.

A lot of the places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do are a part of the Barcelona City Pass. Along with the savings it makes it easy to coordinate all the tickets. Booking the ticket was a smooth and easy process. Also, selecting the other additional tours was easy. We will travel to Barcelona in a month and I am hoping there are no hitches then.

I selected the arrival date 16th November 2019 but during the reservation time, I was not getting any time slot for 16th Nov and there is no option to check availabllity before payment.

Bought a guided tour of La Prado at Ticketbar-for Julia Travel tour--Waited all day to meet guide at 3 PM--NO ONE SHOWED! Ruined the whole day in Madrid

We (Me and My friend) have booked our Barcelona City Pass (Purchase order - 302019162878) and selected the arrival date 9th Nov, 2019. But during reservation time, we are not getting any time slot for 9th Nov and 10th Nov and there is no option to check availabllity before payment. So it seems we will miss the sagreda familia tour all though we have paid for tickets. Its really disappointing and it is to much unprofessional business approach.

I had to change the date of my online reservation and the customer service helped me so fast and they were also very kind. Perfect service!
