I guess the real importance of service…

I guess the real importance of service value is not WHAT they provide to you but HOW they do it.. and how they handle the problem if it happens. Here I had one (partially my mistake) and I was really surprised how quick and smooth the company's online assistants resolved it. My appreciation!

P.S. But they still has to double-check and update some of their online timetables. It definitely will make things easier for everyone in future.

One of Our Worst Experiences - Ever.

This company does not have a customer focus and we will never come back, They made a mistake with our tickets to La Sagrada Familia, then refused a refund until we got our bank involved a month later. On Aug 2, we ordered tickets to La Sagrada Familia and Park Güell for Oct 31. They immediately confirmed the requested date as Oct 31, 2019 then later noted tickets would not be available until October ,,, offering to issue them to us automatically one month in advance - again confirming the requested Oct 31 date. On Oct 9, while scrambling to tie up loose ends for our 18 day trip to the Mediterranean, I noted that Ticketbar had not yet sent our tickets. I requested them and received them immediately. We downloaded the tickets just prior to departing, not noticing that Ticketbar had changed the tour date to Oct 30 without informing us. We did not learn of this error until we were refused entry to La Sagrada Familia. We reached out to Ticketbar resulting in NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER claiming their policy is "no refunds". We ended up buying tickets again at La Sagrada Familia, having to settle for an entry time that prohibited our ability to enter Park Güell at the time issued. We ended up paying twice for La Sagrada Familia and once for Park Güell tickets that we were unable to use.

Perfect Service.

I am very satisfied with the service of the employees of Ticketbar. Very praiseworthy is the quick response I received on my mail request. Also, the proposed solutions to my problem described was excellent. I would book a tourist card again anytime via Ticketbar.

Problem solved fast

I bought a ticket to La Sagrada Família and accidentally an email of cancellation was sent to my account. Nevertheless, really quick, they sent me another email where they apologised for the mistake and confirmed my ticket.

The service was good, polite, attentive and fast

Casa Mila, Casa Batillo, Casa Vincens

I recently bought a ticket to see 3 Houses of Gaudi, during my time in Barcelona. I was slated to see Casa Batillo at 9 am, Casa Mila at 11 am on the same day and then Casa Vincens the day before. I booked my ticket online. I was very very happy with the service and would definitely book with ticketbar again b/ they worked with me through all the difficulties. I couldn't get into Casa Batillo at 9 am b/ the line was so long, instead they reissued the ticket at another time when I could. For some reason I didn't get the electronic ticket for Casa Vincens, just the confirmatory email, but the office at Casa Vincens also took care of this. For Gaudi aficionados I would recommend a minimum if 3 to 4 hours in each of the houses to really understand and get a deep feel of his genius architecture - the museum, roof, attic, apartments , foyer, and mlgrounds are vast and difficult to see quickly especially in the summer. In fact in summer I would see his lesser known sites like casa vincens, torre Bellesguard, Palace Guell, Colonia Guell etc. In winter it's still quite crowded but easier to see Park Guell (start early), sagrada, Casa Batillo and Casa Mila. If you decide to do them in the summer, do give yourself enough time in between, to avoid rushing. Eg Park Guell first thing in the morning and then Sagrada in the late afternoon. Both Casa Batillo and Mila have evening and night shows which are lovely as well.

Tickets for Park Guell not arrived in time

Seem to be suffering from the same problem as yesterday's customers. We bought tickets for Park Guell and the confirmation email said they'd arrive in 24 hours when they're needed 2 hours later (and that was clear at the time of booking). They still haven't arrived - if you can't deliver tickets for the time they're needed, it's misleading to sell them!

We could have joined a queue if we'd know it didn't work - now they have our money and we have no tickets.

(I tried calling - got an automated message saying they're closed.)

Very professional and kind

I had some problems, I receive very punctual info, they've been very kind and answers have been given in a very short time.
They also refunded me of a part of the ticket I could not use due to bad time.
