Refund

I bought the wrong ticket, it was my fault, but Ticketbar allow the refund for me, and their replies are very fast! Good job!

Fake, fraud, waste of money

Bought tickets for 2 people (Barcelona). Had to pay first, then link to time/reservation was sent by mail. The booking platform did not accept booking for 2 people at same event and same time. Had to book 4 different times for 2 people at 2 events. Then - no tickets came at all. Total fraud, waste of money. I got a receipt but no tickets, for a total of 200 Euros!

Update: Tickets now came by email for 1 person. No tickets came for the 2nd person. No reaction to any of our emails. Tried to involve Paypal, but all they do is forward my complaint to Ticketbar. This is what I already tried directly - and in vain. No hotline, no phone number, only email adress, and our emails disappear in Nirvana without response.

Update number 2: they now tell me I received all tickets. Which can be clearky proven as a lie by their own email with attachments for 1 person. I am taking this to court and will publicize the result all over the Internet, to warn other tourists.

Ce site ne m'a jamais envoyer les billets. Mes réclamations sont restés veines.
J'ai été obligé de racheter des billets sur place.
I never receive the tickets I bought.
When I send a claim by mail, they didn't take any care to understand the situation.

Delighted with the Customer Service

I was delighted with the speed and competence of Ticketbar's customer service in resolving the difficulty I had with my ticket. In fact, I had bought tickets for the Vatican museum with two audio guides in Portuguese, however, upon arriving there the company responsible told me that I had no right to the audio guides. I bought again then two new audio guides. I contacted Ticketbar and quickly Bruna answered me bringing as a solution the full refund of all amounts paid. I really recommend this customer service!

I had ordered tickets to Real Alcázar…

I had ordered tickets to Real Alcázar and realized shortly before the trip I had not received them. I sent an email to Katherine at Ticketbar customer service and within minutes had my tickets. I appreciate the quick response and professionalism.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service from Ticketbar. I came up against an unexpected problem when I booked my tickets. There was a mismatch of tickets category. I noticed that the age range in booking procedure was not the same as the receipts I got. I sent an email to Ticketbar, they reply me directly saying that I was right and apologizing for the inconvenience. Also, they absorbed the expense of incorrect ticket!
Of course this is professionalism. Ania thank you for your help!

I bought tickets to the Vatican

I bought tickets to the Vatican. The tickets required an early arrival that was impossible for me. After checking and trying to change, when there was no solution, I received a full refund for the payment. Although it was necessary that in the description of the tickets will contain more details about the conditions of it. But Tictbar took responsibility and canceled it. The customer service response was very fast. I felt a real effort to help me. Thanks.
