Excellent service!
For our family we booked several tickets for different sites upfront for our trip to Rome. Booking is easy and the confirmation is clear and offers all the right information you need. On the spot we were welcomed and had great guides! Just check your spam box for your confirmation because as we didn't, we accidentally booked the same excursion twice! We showed our double tickets at the ticket office and we just heard that our second booking will be refunded. That's what we call excellent service. Well done Ticketbar you have your affairs in top order!!

I did a mistake during my order.
I bought tickets for the coliseum for 1 date before my real date.
And the customer service changed my tickets very fastly after my request

An easy process
An easy process. All of the information was good. There was a video showing how to find the aerobus upon arriving for each terminal, which would be helpful. The only issue I personally had was knowing my arrival terminal (T1 or T2) since it wasn't specified on my airplane ticket. I also don't know how far apart the terminals are.
