Great, but PayPal expenses added
Everything is great, however I don't understand why paying with PayPal there are added expenses. I didn't like that very much. I love the fact that you get everything by mail immediately.

V disappointed
The booking fee is v expensive, around 25% ( the ticket price is €56, but I have to pay €70)
When I made the La Sagrada Familia booking , I booked the entrance time is 1645. After my payment was completed, I was informed that the the 1645 was unavailable, and asked me change to 1715.
I accepted it because that day was my last day stayed in Barcelona.
However, I don’t know the church was closed at 18:00, I didn’t have enough time to visit and take photos...
My kids were very disappointed.

Hop on Hop off tickets
I ordered tickets for hop-on hop-off and could not print them. I emailed and almost immediately got a response and an email that I could print the tickets from. Thanks to Magdalena 😎😎 Will use this service again on next trip.

Fast, cheap and comfy
Fast, cheap, comfortable and even has surveillance for safety reasons . Driver speaks a little bit english as well which makes it very easy to print out ticket.

Since I order the tickets I got help to issue the tickets
Since I order the tickets I got help to the support service in order to get the tickets issued properly.
I even made the mistake to inform that the way back should be in February and the personnel from the support service very attentively asked me to revise it.
Every mail that I received was purposefully and polite.
I will definitely order tickets again through Ticketbar next time I go to Brussels.
