Good customer service.
We purchased tickets through Ticketbar for Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. When we got o the site we pulled up our tickets but they were not the PDF tickets required to get in. We could not find the tickets in our e mail and because they are a 3rd person agent they could not honour the e mail from Ticketbar showing we purchased the tickets. We ended up buying tickets on site and lost our money paid for the original ones through Ticketbar.
We requested a refund which they were gracious enough to give us 50% back. I was very pleased with there response and find the refund fair.
Just a warning to check Spam for tickets.

Tickerbar's customer service is no less than amazing. Well on time i received information about a change in my reservation and offered me a suitable alternative. We have bought tickets to see Sagrada familia with towers acces, unfortunately we couldn't use a tower acces that day as it was closed but refund was made immidiately.

Good customer service
We purchased a Barcelona City Pass but could not get up the Sagrada Familia Tower on our scheduled day. Ticketbar refunded our money for that part of the attraction. The Cable Car was out of service the day we were there, Ticketbar also agreed to refund the cost of this. Emails were responded to quickly and customer service was good. Refunds take a few days to process but employees were courteous and helpful.

On the website it says immediate…but it is not
On the website it says immediate delivery of tickets to inbox once I did the order it said 24 hours after I did the payment. What a disappointing experience. Also the ticket is more expensive than the ticket box at the actual stadium. Honestly I do not recommend this app. They contacted me immediately and they fixed the issue. Thank you! It changes my views of the company's service.
