Excellent service and product!

My second time ordering Barcelona Cards for my class through Ticketbar. This time, our trip was canceled by our college due to coronavirus concerns. The Ticketbar representative communicated quickly and compassionately, allowing us to extend the expiration date so we can reschedule the trip. Fabulous service! The product is excellent, delivering free or reduced admission to many of the best sites in Barcelona, along w/free public transportation. The website is clear, though not always intuitive. An easy choice for travelers!

Ticketbar were very efficient

Ticketbar were very efficient in resolving my own error (incorrect email address) when I booked vouchers for Barcelona.
As soon as I notified them that my vouchers had not been received they sorted out the problem very quickly and I received my vouchers within an hour.
Great service from Daria and Bruna!

More details needed when order confirmed

Due to a lack of information when reserving our pass, we've arrived at our destination without completing the required actions requested by Ticketbar. Therefore, no vouchers, no access to attractions, etc. We've been in touch with the after sales departement to which i give a 5+ star rating, more particularly to Ines who has been into details and helped us to solve our issue in less than 30 minutes. The services bought met our expectations.

Ticketbar, really worth 5 stars!

All the information about the barcelone city pass was very clear and useful. No need to look for more information. Once everything we wanted to do and see was chosen, it was very easy and fast to get the vouchers with the 20% discount and you have the choice between theQRcode or printing which is great! You have everything in one service and it is very efficient! I do recommend Ticketbar!

In Rome I had a problem with my Visa…

In Rome I had a problem with my Visa card reserving a tour and so I emailed Ticketbar and they were very quick to reply and helped me solve the problem. It's rare to get such a quick, courteous and helpful reply via email. Thanks again!

The people at Ticketbar were great.

The people at Ticketbar were great. We had an unusual problem that we weren’t sure could be dealt with. Not only did Kathy and Marta solve our problem, they solved it quickly. They were terrific!

A very satisfied customer

The buying experience was OK, fast and everything all right. Then, because of bad temperature, I asked for a partial refund. One day later, I had a positive answer! I am very impressed by the quality of customer service. Thank you very much to Ticketbar and his staff.

This company is a complete fraud

This company is a complete fraud. Do not buy tickets from here. They never sent our tickets and when I emailed the first ting they said was contact your insurance we don't provide refunds when they never sent the tickets! They were also way more expensive than buying them at the door.
