We were absolutely ripped off by this…
We were absolutely ripped off by this site when attending the Lion King in Auckland. Like others, my Aunt thought the site was Ticketmaster. We paid well over twice the price our seat neighbours paid for their seats, and had the worst seats in the entire stadium - after only receiving the tickets 3 days before the show. Con-artists.

Like others, I accidentally bought tickets for Lion King from Ticketblaster, which turned out to be a ticket onseller based offshore. They charged a huge markup disguised as a 'handling fee' plus an optional expensive refund policy, which turned out to exclude cancellations due to Covid 19. Then they were unable to provide the mobile tickets until 3 days before the event and they blamed the primary ticket seller, Ticketmaster. This is an expensive rort. I shall be advising everybody I know to avoid this organisation.

I accidently bought tickets on ticket blaster thinking I was on ticket master which was the actual site selling lion king tickets in NZ. I have tried numerous times to contact them, they were not willing to work with me as the tickets were over double the standard price AND i have not even received the tickets yet, do not buy off these dreadful people

Found the purchase complicated but…
Found the purchase complicated but printed them so that was ok for entry. Seats were very good but bright sunny day & we were looking into the sun all day made it hard to see the players as they were playing the shadows. Guess you can’t help the weather!

DO not buy tickets from this company
DO not buy tickets from this company. It's a scam. I purchased tickets to a concert that were 5 times the price of the original ticket. When purchasing the tickets, I was enticed to pay extra with the alluring offer that my tickets would be fully refundable if I couldn't make the event (in Covid times, this is obviously a no brainer). My father got seriously sick during this time and was admitted to palliative care. I asked for a refund as the family were no longer able to travel to Melbourne to the concert since my father was so ill. Ticketblaster refused to refund the tickets and pointed me to a list of onerous steps that had to be proven in order to receive a refund. So, in actual fact, the tickets weren't fully refundable. They were refundable if you had an exceptional circumstances. Despite the false promise of 'fully refundable tickets' preventing a refund, we DID have an exceptional circumstances due to my father's recent illness. I had to then take 2 hours out of my busy work day to go and see my father's doctor and get a medical certificate. I produced the evidence Ticketblaster asked for and they said it wasn't satisfactory. They required that the doctor write an abundance of details that no doctor would be willing to write on a medical certificate. In a nutshell, this site is a scam. They re-sell tickets that people don't want for extraordinary sums of money and then scam more money out of the buyer on the false promise the tickets are refundable and then refuse to honour their promise.

Ticket price
OK, so 1st time using ticketblaster for wiggles concert. I was after specific seats. When booking both seats on popular ticket sites and this one were same price. Got great seats for ticket price matching other sites was happy. Ticket came and reseller got the what looks at $42, more then half price I paid.
I'm happy with my purchase and look forward to enjoying the show in our selected seats.
I freaked out a bit when I couldn't locate the email tickets but an email to sales@tickerblaster and they resent to me over night.
Looking forward to the show today.

The tickets were great, but the process confused me.
The tickets were great and the view of the MCG was amazing. However, the process of ordering the tickets was confusing in that it asked for an address for the tickets to be posted to, but since I was leaving for interstate the next day, such was never going to work. Maybe the ticket set-up wasn't clear enough for me or maybe I didn't read it fully, but I wasn't aware that the tickets were going to be e-tickets. Therefore, I had to ring the next day to ask for e-tickets and left a message. I didn't get a returned phone call, but the e-tickets did, thankfully, arrive in my inbox. Needless to say, it did cause me a somewhat anxious 24 hours. Maybe I did miss something, but if the action was always going to be e-tickets, it would have been helpful to have seen that clearly stated somewhere.

RIPPED OFF! DO NOT BUY FROM
I took my grandson to see The Wiggles yesterday at Brisbane Entertainment Centre and was very disappointed to note I had paid $236.00 for 2 seats and the area I was sitting in the tickets were $43.00 each! I expected to be in a better position as I paid a premium price. NEVER USE TICKETBLASTER!
I was misled to believe I was getting the best seats.. NEVER AGAIN...

Tickets overpriced
Paid $125 a ticket x three to get floor seats at the wiggles, ended up getting a tiered seat valued at $43.75 each to the far right of the stage. Very disappointed and felt misled to think I was actually going to get the seats I originally ordered. Avoid at all cost
