Ticketblaster a big rip off
Ticketblaster a big rip off. I paid $79 each for 4 general admission tickets to the AFL in Cairns. My kids missed out due to the high price of tickets. When the AFL released them, they were between $10 to $29. What an absolute disgrace & profit gouging this Company is. I would not purchase from them again. I've tried to phone them, but the phone goes to an answering machine. I'm guessing from all of the customers complaints.

We have found in the past that sometimes our confirmation email is blocked by junk/spam filters, our customer service team are able to act on this for you to ensure it is resent and I can see that this was completed.
Unfortunately under the current circumstances relating to the pandemic we are operating at minimal staff and our phone lines have been inundated. I apologise that you had to ring a couple of times to get through to a staff member, I hope you can understand given the circumstances.

If I could choose to not give a star
If I could choose to not give a star, I would. I was charged more than the retail price and have been refused to be refunded. I would never recommend this website due to the terrible customer service representatives who emails are just plain rude and not professional. I was charged $129 for tickets worth $68 dollars and stupidly bought two!
I write this review to hopefully save someone from making the same mistake.
