Bought seats to the Big Bash in Canberra last night. Seats were exactly as purchased. Tickets arrived quickly and we had a great time. I couldn’t find tickets anywhere else so was very relieved to find Ticketblaster. Would definitely use again

Scam. Mobile number on website disconnected. Landline no answer or message bank. Luckily I purchased through PayPal or kiss your money goodbye! Demand to get tickets via email straight away or request refund immediately!!!!! Read the bad reviews there are many and they are REAL. The 5 star reviews are fake. They posted one straight after I posted this. Be very careful!!!!

Your original purchase was made out of hours when our customer service team was not available. Once our team was available your multiple emails were responded too in a professional and timely manner. Unfortunately our team has been responded too with abuse and fraudulent claims.
We state on our website the delivery method and delivery time line for all events, we also state throughout the whole website and buying process that we are a secondary ticket marketplace.
Ticketblaster has been operating for over 15 years, we are respected within the industry and send thousands of clients and new customers to events across the country and also internationally.
Our phone lines are also fully operational with a voicemail system in place.
Your negative experience is disappointing but it is important to note that our team work extremely hard to ensure we provide an excellent service.

I bought tickets with Ticketblaster for The Wiggles as I was too late to buy them through Ticketek and no one ever answered the phone when i tried desperately to call SO I called the guys at Ticketblaster and they were SO helpful, they went through all the different types of tickets available and what would be best suited for my twins, I can't wait to see their little faces at the Wiggles! This website is a "secondary" seller, and will charge courier fees, then email you tickets. Not only that, they charge way over the top prices. Caught me once, but never again.

This company doesn’t not offer refunds to members who have been told to quarantine and are no longer able to attend, even when tickets were not used.
Tickets are purchased from ticketek and charge over 3 times more than ticketek prices.

I went to get in to the Gabba to watch the AFL and the ticket master App crash just as I tried to get in the ground . They wouldn't let me in until I resolved it. Couldn't ring anyone as no one wanted to answer. $90 for a ticket wasted

my problem was that I accidentally ticked the box to have my tickets sent to my postal address. I wanted to ring someone to ask what to do. There was no contact number where I could speak to a real person on a Saturday morning!! It took me 1-2 hours to work out how to get my tickets.

Sorry to hear that you had an issue getting through to our Customer Service Team on a Saturday. The phone line is operated over the weekend so I'll check our call logs to investigate what happened there.
Our order system automatically states your address as a 'shipping address' but on the event page it states the delivery method of the tickets.
