Ticket Club is a membership site for tickets to concert, sports, and theater events. Members save money on tickets to the events they want to see, with low prices and no service fees. It's similar to Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, and Costco - except for tickets. We offer our members tickets without any additional service fees, which are added fees added on (typically at checkout) by almost every company in the industry. These fees constitute most of the profit of many ticketing sites, and can raise the price of tickets from anywhere from 10% to 30% or more. We don’t charge those fees, and the first price members see on our site for a ticket is the exact same price that the ticket will be at the end too. The only other charge (aside from the tickets) is for shipping, which is variable depending on the shipping method chosen. Our ticket prices are all at Club price, but you don’t need to be a member to see those - anyone can buy tickets from our site, members just don’t pay service fees.

I wish tickets were released a week before game day
Purchasing the ticket was a simple process, communication with Ticket Club was excellent, the only item of the process was waiting for the mobile ticket to arrive within 24 hours of the actual game day. It can make someone nervous if they are traveling to the game day location a couple of days ahead of time, without tickets.

We can only ensure that tickets are delivered as soon as possible once they are made available to the seller and we guarantee delivery in time for all events. Actual Game Ticket price was 275 euro each the seat we chose, it says right on the ticket. We were charged over $750 for each of our ticket. I hope someone really takes a look at my review very seriously for your company's overcharge prices. If there are many customers like me overcharged for the tickets, I hope someone takes you to the court. We also had a hard time downloading the tickets. Your instructions were terrible. We even called your company & spoke with one of your representatives & she couldn't help us either. Finaly someone else helped us in Dublin, Ireland the evening before the game.

The price for the Astros tickets was good. The delayed delivery of the tickets or even a confirmation email of the purchase was a little unsettling, but ultimately, the tickets arrived prior to the game.
