I felt that getting into the venue took rather a long time. We waited at least 30 minutes at the EAST gate. I am aware that checking everyone , searching bags etc does take time but there should be so... See more

Gig was amazing.
The app wouldn’t work probably
The app wouldn’t work probably. Tried all suggestions to sort it but every time I went to obtain tickets it closed down. Managed a work around by deleting app and using website to download load tickets. Stress though as didn’t know if they would work at gate for entry.
Smooth process
The experience was really easy, from ordering the tickets to arriving on the day everything went smoothly
Great experience and very easy to use
Ticketmaster first class

Bp Pulse Birmingham will take extornionate seated ticket fees, then allow people to stand and dance right in front of you. No crowd control at all.
Perfect and easy to work with
The worst VIP area ever and unsafe crowd control
The worst VIP area ever. Too many people and not enough seats. Queued at toilets just as bad as main area and not much choice of food and drink.
Music was all great.
Leaving the venue was unsafe. We wanted to go to Penge West but everyone got herded out the same way and kept getting stopped because Crystal Palace station was full. The gates to the right of the stage should have been open to disperse the crowd. Terrible organisation and crowd management. They’re lucky there wasn’t a crush. The metal stairs were shaking under the extreme weight.
Took over 2 hours to get 8 miles home, most of that getting out of the venue. Luckily we knew a shortcut through the park in the dark. Totally spoiled the night.
Nice little venue but more importantly…
Nice little venue but more importantly Phantogram we're superb, thoroughly enjoyed watching them, excellent.
Firstly def leppard were amazing
Firstly def leppard were amazing . The staff queuing were polite. How ever the lady checking tickets seemed quite abrupt and dismissive. There was an issue scanning my phone. Bar code was fine. We didn't like her attitude. Once inside all the other staff were fine. Prices for food a bit expensive. A cheeseburger and two small portions of chips. £25.
Lewis calpadi was amazing
Lewis calpadi was amazing
The support acts were poor
Prices for food and drink was high.
Toilets were kept clean.
Super easy to book tickets
As ever, Ticketmaster never lets you down. Easy to book tickets and easy to retrieve them on the day of the event.
Terrific Tom
This year's events seem far more organised. Entrance was easy and fairly speedy and getting out afterwards was not delayed at all. There was plenty of space to sit and it was easy to negotiate getting to and from our seats to get food, drink etc. The main show (Tom Grennan) was excellent - he is amazing - sound was pitched really well. And support act 2 was really enjoyable. Food and drink was varied and good but far too expensive - ridiculous prices which limited what we spent. Goodness knows how a family could afford to enjoy those eats and drinks!

Ticketing straight forward. Hassle free experience
Getting the tickets was easy
Getting the tickets was fairly easy & straightforward. The staff at the venue were great. Getting to the venue was tricky but getting back afterwards was a nightmare
Great BST gig in Hyde Park
Very happy with the process for tickets, although you have to go to the BST app to retrieve them. The communication on what to do and get your tickets was very good.
The concert was great, for me outstanding performances from The War on drugs, I so love this band, and Mumford and sons was incredible, such a high tempo performance and you see how good the really are with some great guests during their set. For me Ticketmaster is my go to site.
Good all round process
Really straightforward buying process, with a good range of tickets.
Good prep/reminders in run up to event too.
Pitbull was great
Pitbull was great. But people who was drunk did spoil it for some people.
