Buble was brilliant

Buble was brilliant. I love how the tickets come up on the day for easy access to show on entry.

Plenty of reminders and lots of food outlets were there to enjoy too

First time I’ve ever had an issue with…

First time I’ve ever had an issue with Ticketmaster. Seats changed at last minute. Tickets did not appear in festival app. On arrival at festival they couldn’t find tickets. Ended up with equivalent price tickets and vouchers to compensate but I didn’t have the seats which was the key thing I wanted. Unable to get any useful support just kept being referred to the festival organisers who sent me back to Ticketmaster.

Where do I start

Where do I start ?
I purchased my tickets back in January for Lewis Capaldi no information as to the support acts at the time purchased vip tickets thinking we would be near the main stage ?
I did not receive my tickets till Friday 12hrs before the event was due to start after numerous attempts logging in and out finally got my tickets but not in the seats I purchased? For some reason they changed my seat allocation a row further back The seats were at the back of the venue so Lewis was a dot on the stage would of been a better view if the seats were place on left of stage on the hill rather than where it was put so I paid £330 for a pair of seat at the back of the hill all the support acts were not that good either disappointing really but because I got my tickets 12 hrs before which it states on ticketmaster I should receive them 5 days at least before they have had my money since January I was unable to sell on my tickets 😡🤬😡due to the delay of the ticket allocation

The booking process for this event was…

The booking process for this event was faultless, we managed to get online easily and buy tickets quite quick.
The venue itself was stunning, lots of places to get food and drink before the concert began.
Sadly, the area we were sat in smelt quite badly of sewage and we had to keep taking fresh air breaks as the smell was making us feel quite nauseous.
There was plenty of parking, but it was so badly organised coming out that we were sat stationary in traffic for 45 mins before being able to leave the car park.

The booking process is a nightmare tbh

The booking process is a nightmare tbh. So stressful for real fans who want to attend a concert. Feels like the ticket resale company's are still winning. We were eventually successful in securing tickets and Take That were amazing.

The concert was amazing

The concert was amazing. The acts were absolutely faultless. Such a show!

The rules and regulations were poorly communicated with customers. This was obvious ad a number of customers had not been correctly informed. The website displaying the information was not user friendly.

The bag size policy was ridiculous. I can’t see what it matters what size bag you have as long as it’s checked. Also, the security wasn’t consistent with this policy as a number of normal sized back packs got through, along with prohibited items displayed on the list.

The concert was amazing

The concert was amazing! I was a little nervous because I read that some people had problems with the resale tickets, but for me was fabulous. I had no problems to access to Wembley and my seat was great
