Electric Halle is good venue with all needed services. Concert was great. You sold too much tickets, it was uncomfortably busy.

Terrible Experience, completely ignoring my many forms for follow-up I submitted. I booked 3 VIP Tickets for Travis Scott in September 2024. One ticket wasn't used and I need a confirmation from Ticketmaster that this ticket has indeed not been used for my insurance. I have been trying since September 2024, and apart from automatic messages, the response has been zero. Hence, I am still waiting for a refund of almost 400 euro.
No number to call, only a form to fill in that creates a ticket and disappears into a black hole.

Ticket purchase was simple. The show was great! We are ready to go again!

For Linkin Park’s 2025 tour, Ticketmaster announced an additional date and stated that tickets would go on sale on a specific day. I spent three days waiting in front of the countdown on their website, excited for the ticket sale. When the moment arrived, I quickly logged in, only to find that I was number 5000 in the virtual queue.

Just five minutes later, tickets were already sold out. It’s worth noting that the stadium has a capacity of 60,000 people. Even if the 5000 people ahead of me bought the maximum allowed 6 tickets each, that would account for only 30,000 tickets—half the stadium’s capacity.

What frustrated me the most was that tickets were available on other platforms, but at three times the original price. This makes me believe that Ticketmaster’s virtual queue is nothing more than a scam designed to limit direct access and encourage scalping at outrageous prices.

As a fan, this experience was incredibly disappointing. It’s unacceptable for an event of this magnitude to allow such practices. Fans deserve a fair and transparent ticketing system, not a scheme that exploits our excitement to see our favorite bands.

The Bend was great! The sound was bad, music was louder than the singer, probably the technical problems. Better sound was with Tom Walker. But it was fun anyway

Easy to upload the App and get the tickets on your phone. Much better than paper ones.

In the case of cancelled events, contrary to the assurances in the automated emails, you do not receive any information "in a few days" and you also do not receive an automatic refund within 30 days. Inquiries also remain unanswered; you have to threaten legal action before something happens. But then it happens quickly.

The entertainer canceled due to sickness and we traveled all the way to Berlin. I attempted to suprise my wife!!!!! to say the least, we were terribly disappointed.

Epic evening, great location!

On-line tickets were easy to obtain months in advance and communication clear up until the date of the concert.

Good, simple, and easy ticket buying process.
