Selling “Platinum tickets” at a Premium price with lots of marketing words to hide that there are just regular tickets available at half the price after.. should be illegal from an official partner/platform. You pay almost VIP prices for literally NOTHING. That’s just stealing unaware people that trust big platforms. You’d loose less by trying to buy 2nd hand lol

Good! It was well organized and fun

I was among the very first to enter at 12:00, but after selecting two tickets, an internal error caused the site to display a banner that forced me out and placed me back in the queue behind 22,600 people.

Truly a terrible service, with infrastructure incapable of handling the scale of the events they are managing.

Service was fast, venue is beautiful.

The Millennium Symphony concert from Berlin was the most memorable concert I have ever attended, all the organization and stuff was amazing. I loved everything about this experience from the beginning to the end: the VIP welcoming, the time spent with David Garrett, the rehearsal (the sound check) before the concert, the music, all artists on the stage, the performance, the special effects, lights show, etc. It was a great experience, an unforgettable moment, a unique night, that I will always cherish. The only regret is that I wished I could get a photo with him alone, not with the whole group. But I am so happy and grateful for being able to join this amazing show. Everything was excellent, thanks for all people involved!

The buying process was fine, but the service could be a little bit more flexible. I had to fill out several pdf forms for reimbursement (which are not ready to fill out digitally), but had sent all information already twice. This could be done much smoother by just sending tickets eg.

I bought tickets for the Róisín Murphy concert in early 2024. I purchased them several months in advance when plenty of tickets were available. A standard ticket cost €40—I intended to buy two.

Right before the concert, I checked my account and found only one ticket, even though I had paid €117. When I contacted customer support, they told me I had bought a resold ticket from another user and refused to help or issue a refund.

Their support team responded to emails with delays of 1–2 months. When I asked how a user could resell a ticket at three times the original price, they said Ticketmaster does not regulate prices and that it was my fault for not noticing. However, I am certain that I purchased two tickets, not one.

This is terrible customer service and outright fraud. Other platforms in Germany do not allow resold tickets to exceed a 15% markup, but Ticketmaster apparently has no such restrictions. Their communication was rude, their explanations were unclear, and they offered no solution. They ruined my evening and essentially robbed me.

Amazing, she is great. Her music, how she plays, a very different experience from everything I’ve seen previously. I’d definitely love to go again.

The atmosphere was insane. He's one of my favourite artists growing up and it was a dream come true to see him perform Live.
