Excellent customer service, they went ahead to contact me on an issue I didnt have any idea about and solved it in a second. Only negative point is the black ligns were drooling a bit on the impression.

This company is a rip-off. I contacted them to cancel an order the day after it was placed. They told me that it was processed/printed and therefore couldn't be cancelled - this would be fair enough. However it wasn't printed it at all - in fact took them an additional 3 business days to print the order and ship it to me, and a long and convoluted email trail. CLEARLY you could have cancelled the print order - I would gladly have taken a credit and used it for our next event. Instead I have a school P&C with 3000 tickets that arrived so late that I couldn't actually use them. Absolutely I shouldn't have left ordering them so late but you should have cancelled when I first contacted you - disgusted by a business that puts profit above service - next time pick up the phone and ring your customer back OFFER A CREDIT, DOESN'T COST YOU ANYTHING - would have gained you rave reviews and recommendations !!!

Very happy with the service provided and overnight interstate delivery. This was the only company I contacted who could do the job I needed without charging huge rush fees and taking more time than I had available.

The design team put together some tickets for me with reserved seating numbers. I had done most of the design, but they finished it off very well in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble when I made some last minute changes.

This is the second time I've placed an order for tickets for a fundraising event. The quality of the product is amazing and the turn around/delivery time frame is excellent. There are many options available & create your own design is a fantastic option which I have used on both occasions. Price has increased by about 10% since my last order. But I still highly recommend & I will definitely use ticket river again.

only mishap I had was delivery. Before ordering it gives a date when item will be delivered but I didn't receive my package till 4 days later. Without my knowledge of Melbourne having a public holiday, delivery was delayed. I think at least change the delivery dates according to when it will actually happen. If things do change or public holidays are in then at least a follow up email of an estimated date. I also tried calling and got no answer for one whole day. But other then that, the products are awesome!!! Very precise to what's designed and professional. Will definitely be ordering again in the future, but this time will be making sure to check out the calendar for public holidays etc. Thank you Ticketriver :)
