I had a very tight deadline for delivery and therefore arranged to collect the job. It was ready as promised and awaiting my collection, no problems at all.

Format's easy to use, plenty to choose from or make your own also straight forward.

One suggestion:
On all current sample tickets, can a prevision be included for number of tickets to be sold, dates offered for sale, and presidents and treasures or secretaries names. Can type in but some format's are crowded. This in Australia is part of our current regulations.

Put the order nearly an hour after the cut off time for the delivery dispatch.(3.30pm).
But, as I spoke to them over the phone, they took my order into the same day dispatch.

Quick and efficient

Very fast and easy to deal with. We actually had a error with the order, they accidentally missed part of our order but fixed it up straight away and express posted the missing items overnight so we would get them in time for our event.

The tickets were even better than expected and they showed up at my house quickly. Very happy.

I've use ticket river for quite a few events and find your tickets good quality and relatively cheap. I did have a query with my last purchase but had to hang up on your call lady because of her incredible rudeness. If I hadn't already bought the tix on-line there's no way I would have purchased them. Maybe a bit of customer service training is needed?
