Tickets Were Delivered By The Flash!
The process of uploading artwork and creating my tickets online was a relatively task for an avid computer user. The templates to chose from were decent, and plentiful although I personally think there should be more higher quality design options. When it comes down to it, the tickets looked great, my own artwork on the back was awesome, the cost was minimal and the delivery process was super fast. Would defiantly recommend to others.

Ordered second batch of tickets 13 days ago. Waiting for second order to be delivered to New Zealand. Tried getting tracking number or estimate days of arrival from company via email and phone, after a few attempts finally got in contact with them and they were great help. I feel that there could be an improvement with the customer service, the phone is not always answered. This can be a little frustrating.
However when a person did answered the phone was down to earth and willing to help.
The quality of this product is consistent with the price paid, was not disappointed in the least.
I do feel that it would be good if we could custom the ticket stub as there was very little space provided for writing details. It would be good if this could be edited.
Overall I would say this was an excellent service that our school P & C will definitely be a return customer.
