I got zero customer service and never should have booked with them
I requested a cancelation 2 hours after making an order. I opened a chat with their website. I 'spoke" to a BOT and could not be connected to a real person. They refused to help me cancel my order even though it was just made literally a few hours earlier that same day- They have a self-made policy of no refunds, period.
Beware of Ticket Center don't use them unless the home venue is sold out, they markup resale tickets too.

The process to get tickets was seamless and only took a few minutes. I took down two stars because I didn’t get to see exactly which seats were available or even told which seats we would have after I completed my purchase. I was simply told my seats would be together. It is helpful to have those details.
