Not a great experience tickets came in…

Not a great experience tickets came in very late and first time using site and was getting very concerned if they were going to arrive. Then very confusing emails one showing tickets, then another saying I need to accept them still but no direction of where to make account or log in, as no link in email which would be helpful to take you directly to site to make account, instead spent a great deal of time trying to find web page to make an account since tickets showed up after 11:00 lost a lot of sleep trying to figure this out. I will not be using this service again very vague instructions!

Ticketsales.com is a BAD COMPANY! If I could give no stars I would. Stay away from them even if you are browsing prices for tickets! We were checking prices and got charged almost $1000 for tickets we did not purchase and they will not give us our money back. They only suggest we resell but got nothing for that nor do we want that. We didn't purchase these in the first place. After much arguing, about policy and website charging for things we didn't want, not being able to speak to someone who could authorize a refund on this situation, I got hung up on. Absolute shit! Overpriced by $100's, claim you purchased something you didn't, and get no refund......ya stay away!!

Im very upset with this 3rd party site…

Im very upset with this 3rd party site and will not purchase from them again for anything. I recieved a parking pass for a parking garage near a show in Chicago. The pass said to arrive early, 7pm. So we left our hotel before 630 pm. The show started at 8pm. Well we ended up driving in circles until 7:55pm , lost and unable to find parking. It was insane, driving is already scary downtown and I had so many cars honking at us because I was lost. Finally right before 8 we found a different parking garage near the show that was open. I pulled in and paid again 63.00 for this garage. We barely made it to the show which was nerve wrecking for me and my daughter. I reached out to the parking garage company, and after a few days they said they couldn't help me and that I needed to reach out to the 3rd party company. It was so confusing. Im very upset because the 3rd party site, Ticketsales.com, refused to help me because they said they sent the pass on time. Well yea i got the pass on time but the directions were terrible and we even left almost 2 hours before the show started. We arent from Chicago and downtown is hectic. We love the city but unfortunately the directions from the pass were terrible and we were lost. All I did was ask for that refund because we had to pay 63.00 to park elsewhere. Why should I pay for parking somewhere when we couldnt find the place and didn't park there. This site refuses to help me! Just horrible service!

I bought my tickets on the fly while I was busy cause I wanted to enjoy a show with my wife. When I walked in the door man told me my tickets were no good and I got scammed. He still let us in. Normally 2 tickets cost 20 a piece. I paid you 67 a piece. I would like 80 dollars of my money back
