I thought I purchased 4 tickets at over$500. Instead it was one ticket which I want to cancel.

Upon choosing the section, one cannot see exactly where the tickets are seated! It better be clear, as stated. They are very expensive.

Ease of use. Availability of options and comments with respect to available seats, opinion on level of deal as compared to other seat options , ease of check out and verification of purchase

Bought tickets, found out I had to use AXS to receive tickets, only to find AXS selling the same tickets for $80 less each!

ZERO STARS. Paid $3068 for tickets to "Phantom of the Opera" in November 2025. It is now May 2026 and still no tickets ... and no answers. Just keep sending me emails stating that "you can access your tickets now" but when I click on it it clearly says that my tickets are "not available". Beyond disgusted, and as the shows are almost sold out ended up paying $750 for tickets from a more reputable company. Will definitely be discussing all this with American Express 😡

Quick and to the point the only thing that would make it even better is a seating chart

This company is a scam. They were the first result when I did a search for Club Fox Redwood City. They price the tickets at twice the advertised amount so I thought I was getting a pair. Purchased and then realized what happened and wouldn’t get a refund. These are scammers. Do not purchase anything from them. I’m contesting the charge with my credit card company.

This place is a scam not the real ticket seller being resold for 2x the price

I wanted ADA seating and it did not indicate if any was available or if all were taken
