Your software sucks

Your software sucks. When I click buy, those tickets should be reserved for me for the ENTIRE 10 MINUTES. I shouldn't get "these tickets are no longer available" with 6 min. left on the clock. It's. just. bad.

writing this one minute before event…

writing this one minute before event start time, still no ticket. 90 minutes before event is not ample time to receive electronic ticket transfer.
now two minutes after event start time and 'view order status' link in email leads to a page where it says event has ended

Ticketsales.com is a scam

I purchased four tickets for $314.00 for the house of blues party after at the house of blues. I asked the agent 3 times these are tickets for the party afterwards correct and he confirmed they were.
They called me back and stated I had to pick up the tickets at will call. So, when I got there at 7:00PM there were no tickets for me for the house of blues party afterwards. I never received any tickets at all. I called and asked for a refund right away, and they said they sold me tickets for the golf event. That is not what I purchased, I told the agent 3 times these are tickets for the party afterwards, he replied yes. I was embarrassed to have three of my friends come down from New York and yet no party at the House of Blues. This company is a scam, and I will never deal with this company again. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. This is the second time this company pulled this on me. Once before I purchased box tickets to Saratoga Racetrack, only to find out they were general admission tickets. I called and nothing was done about it. I let it go.
