There web site is deceptive at best and…

BUYER BEWARE!!!! There web site is deceptive at best and fraudulent at worst. The web site looked like it was designed to mimic the American players theater and then they charged double+ the going rate. The contact us button on their web page did not work. I BELIEVE THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO DUPE PEOPLE INTO BELIEVING THEY ARE DEALING WITH COMPANIES LIKE AMERICAN PLAYERS THEATER when they are not who they come across as. They were contactyed immediately when I was sent an email saying I had tickets.

Subsequently I learned their warranty reads: "You understand and agree that your tickets may be replaced at any time with comparable or upgraded tickets, as determined by us in our sole discretion, which shall be considered a fulfillment of the agreement created by your purchase of the tickets. If there is a failure to deliver any confirmed tickets, our responsibility and liability are limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to the return of the respective payment made by you for the applicable ticket(s). All rights are reserved regarding the cancellation or refund of your tickets. You understand that we may cancel and refund your tickets for any reason and at any time'.
