I purchased 2 tickets for Kansas Concert at Prairie Band Casino and Resort on May 21st. I thought I was actually buying the tickets from the venue and by the time I seen the price I was being charged it was too late. I was charged more than twice the advertised cost. I immediately contacted the company through a live chat and told them this purchase was in error and wanted a refund that is when I found out this was a 3rd party marketplace and they did not make refunds unless event was cancelled and not rescheduled. I even found a number and called as well as messaged them and was told the same thing. I tried on several times in the next 3 days to get the refund and they quit communicating with me. I did get the tickets but they were in someone else's name and they did work but this is price gauging and it is illegal. I will definitely not make this mistake again or purchase anything from this company ever.

It didn't work and I believe I did everything correctly. Have the mob ball park app.

Astonishingly expensive tickets immediately lost - by you! - into some unretrievable limbo. Your company utterly unhelpful. Not only have I cancelled the transaction, I shall tell everyone I can to save their money and avoid ticketsales.com

Buyer beware. This site and customer service is questionable at best and speculative ticket sales is not legal in some states

I wish it would’ve said that the pricing was not in Canadian
