Ticketsatwork refused to refund or credit my flights. I spoke to several customer service agents who were contradicting themselves. Their email states refunds/credits are allowable based on the Airline you are working with. Southwest stated a credit is allowable but it has to go through the travel manager (Ticketsatwork). I asked to speak to a Manager and they refused stating one is not available. They then proceeded to hang up on me. There goes $900, will never use them again and will make sure all friends and family don't either.
Now of course a few days later, I mysteriously didn’t cancel the flight so no refund. What an absolute joke, out over $800, DONT USE THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE UP FREE MONEY!!!!

Taxes and fees on the movie tickets are ridiculous. It is not a good deal after paying that plus if the movie theater is charging another "convenience" fee for buying to tickets online.

Horrendous customer service. Wasted over 2 hours of my day trying to make a car rental reservation. Multiple reps did not help …one told me how sick he is -sorry he cant help, another said there is no such place as Venice Florida, i had to spell and give the definition of the word “quote” to another, clerks dropped my call twice. I made reservation online and produced 2 orders with 2 confirmation# the clerk said “it’s probably ok-just some computer issues today”. He emailed both confirmations to me. While still on the phone with the clerk-they both cancelled and clerk said HE DIDNT KNOW WHY! I asked for a supervisor or manager and he argued with me asking me “why I did ever thing I could”. Took several requests to be transferred and him telling me “well they’re really busy with alot of other calls”. I told him how long ive already been dealing with this and will hold-he began questioning me AGAIN. Finally transferred me and after several minutes the call disconnected. Absolutely HORRENDOUS and i will tell all my co-workers of this nightmare and waste of my afternoon!

Purchase was made 2 1/2 weeks prior to event. After 4 calls (nearly 3 hours in total) within 36 hours of event start and one email saying the transfer was canceled, I finally received the tickets 7 minutes before the start of the event. I live 30 minutes away.

Should anything happen and you need a refund, best of luck trying to obtain it. The hotel that issues the refund due to poor service told me that the third party (tickets at work) make it extremely difficult to get any money back.
The staff at tickets at work are overseas, don't speak clear English, and provide conflicting information on how to obtain your refund. They asked me for pictures of the issue at the hotel, then denied my request. When I opened another ticket, they said that they would need documentation from the hotel (something they initially told me they would collect) showing the refund. When provided them with this documentation, they denied my refund. Stay far far away.

We were left on the street in NYC with an overbooking, no advance notice.
We arrived at the hotel, got told our reservation was canceled. Customer service told us they would relocate us within 1-3 hours. After more than 4h of waiting (and 1h lost in the waiting line on the phone to reach an agent), still no relocation offered. We were offered to - guess - continue to wait until they will propose us options. It was 9 pm by that time. We booked alternative accommodation at high price by ourselves.
Will not use it again! No ethics

"Availability: Up to 24 hours post-purchase" makes it sound like that tickets will only be available for 24 house after purchase. If they mean it will take up to 24 hours for tickets to be secured, then they sould state that in clearer terms.

First, their support is impossible to reach. Second, prices are in USD, and it wasn't cheaper than other sites. I actually paid more than on another website. Secondly, my mistake for missing the currency, but the site is very inconvenient and gives very few property details, and no way to select your currency. At checkout, I was too frustrated and didn’t notice payment was in USD. They even used a higher conversion rate. I questioned this, but they never replied.
Support experience:
1. Call → on hold 25+ minutes, no answer.
2. Email → reply comes after your trip. I asked about the extra charge, and they just forwarded it to the hotel, who said, “We don’t understand the problem.”
3. Finally hear back, send a complaint → instead of a solution, you get a “How did we do?” feedback email. Maybe answer first, THEN ask that.

I have used TicketsatWork for years but lately their customer service has declined considerably. Last time I purchased 3 tickets for a concert ($600 total), received only 1 ticket and spent more than 24 hours trying to solve the situation with their customer service to no use. Calls after calls, all I got were excuses and a 'no refundable' answer. So frustrating and disappointing. Never again.
