I have looked into your booking and can see that it was made online - i.e. without any assistance or advice from our team. As far as the luggage allowance is concerned, this is determined by the airline according to the type of fare and is shown a) on the search results at the time of booking, b) on the booking confirmation and c) on the e-ticket itself. If a customer requires a specific luggage allowance, they should contact us prior to making a confirmed booking as once the ticket is issued, we can not change the allowance.
I understand that you contacted us the day after the booking was made/ ticket was issued and that once you became aware that the allowance was fixed, you asked to cancel. Unfortunately the ticket type you have purchased is non-refundable and again customers should contact us prior to booking if they require a flexible ticket.
I am sorry that you were unhappy with the service you received but as far as i can see, we have done nothing wrong on this occasion.

Good customer service
Quick and efficient in helping me resolve my payment as I was using a non UK card. Had to produce certain paperwork and when I called to confirm that my paperworks were received, they assured me that everything was in place and that my tickets would be issued that same day.

Total satisfaction service with affordable price
Found tickets to world through my internet search of a cheap ticket and took the risk of booking through them as they had the cheapest offer. Straight after I started receiving updates from them and kept it going till I travelled which built my confidence in the service and all went well without any hassle throughout my travel.

Booking tickets
It was easy to book tickets, but my tickets were issued under two booking reference for the same family, never was informed of this when tickets were issued, encountered difficulty when trying to update passeneger info on the airline website, I have had issues with different booking reference for same family in the past, hope it doesn't happen this time around !!!

Great Prices - extremely competitive
Had to go to the US for an impromptu trip. Shopped around on the major sites (expedia; Opodo; Travelocity; etc) and the prices were astronomical. I stumbled across TicketsToWorld and their prices seemed so reasonable - unbelievably so. After the third visit to the website, I hesitantly booked it. When I told my travel companions the prices, they were very sceptical and didn't believe me and said until I received the confirmation, it wasn't true. I got the confirmation shortly afterwards and they had to concede that I had gotten a good deal. I've done the trip and everything was fine as booked. Would definitely recommend based on my experience and use them again as a first point for future travel.
