Good service if you book and don’t change anything. Remember to check all details before pressing payment button. However if you have to change anything please be aware you have to pay for any service. Even when tickets are not issued.

Whilst it is true that it does cost to change or cancel flights, this is not something that is unique to Tickets to World, nor is it within our control unfortunately. Airlines levy fees for changes and cancellations with the type of highly reduced fares that we use and we as the agent are duty bound to collect these charges.
I would also just like to add that it is always possible to select a fare that does allow changes/ cancellation but my best advice for this would be to speak with one of our advisors to ensure that you get the fare that is right for you.

Booked the tickets online. Received etickets in 15 minutes and verified the tickets on airlines site. All good. Also they give more Baggage allowance when compared to booked direct.

Terrible company , The worst customer I have ever encountered, my flight was cancelled by the airline and I am being given the run around trying to get my money refunded. When I ring up I either get disconnected (4 times) or told I will get a call back which doesn't happen, I used the FAQ to get an email address which the 2 on there do not work, both emails were returned undelivered as the addresses do not exist. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM, If I could give a minus rating I would

I am sorry to hear that Icelandair made changes to your flights. As I am sure you will appreciate, we have no control whatsoever over the airlines or their operational decisions.
As far as our part in this is concerned, I understand that you contacted us on Saturday and were promised that you would get a call back today.

I understand that Pavneet in our schedule change team has been dealing with your booking and that he wrote to you a short while ago explaining that we are waiting on confirmation from Icelandair regarding the refund.
