I enjoy using the Tidabie apps. I hold a lifetime license to both the Tidal Music Converter and the Tidabie Music Go app for my macOS. While DJing, I prefer having my music stored locally rather than streaming over a possibly slow network, which is why these applications work well for me. Being that I have access to multiple streaming platforms Tidabie Music Go is my preferred application to download music. The lifetime license makes sense for the price. The one feature I wish the application had was the ability to filter through my library to find any duplicates, so I don't download the same music multiple times. The caching feature doesn't really work if I choose a different download folder.

As a professional DJ and event technician working in the industry since 1994, audio quality and stability are completely non-negotiable for me. I use Tidabie to prepare lossless tracks for my Denon Prime players and heavy-duty PA systems. The software is exceptionally stable, and it reliably extracts the pristine 16-bit/44.1kHz FLAC files I need for my weekend gigs. It saves me a tremendous amount of time during preparation. Fast, straightforward, and delivers exactly what it promises without any compromise on sound quality. Highly recommended.

Tidabie makes it very easy to combine or cleanly organize your playlist.

Appalling company. Took my money and I never received a code to open the software and they never answer emails. I have started a process with my card company to get my money back

I wanted to give a 1 star rating, but Tidabie customer service replies has been responsive and deserve an additional one star upgrade.
So why the low rating?
I bought their 1 year subscription service to download Tidal music only, which expires February 2026. For the last week I have not been able to download all and any music (could not parse all links). It was working fine before. I just hope with the downtime of not being able to enjoy its functionality, while waiting for an updated patch, they give additional grace period (extra months of subscription). If not, I will certainly not extend my subscription.

Been using this software for 3 years, superb overall. It's a way to grab CD quality music, the WAV and FLAC options are essential for my use. Nothing comes close, there is NO RELIABLE competition to touch this. Tried other products but they have always failed after a few months, but this one keeps up with all the changes made by Tidal, and stays ahead of the game. Customer service is superb, they respond to emails promptly and in the event of any technical issues, always find a solution quickly. Until I discovered this software, downloading music was painful and very hit and miss. Don't hesitate to get a subscription, it's great value.

I really love this app. It's helped me build my digital music library with tons of songs in super high quality by ripping from Tidal. I haven't been able to find a source for so many songs in the level of quality I prefer which is CD quality 1000kbps ALAC. The cool thing is you can get way higher quality even, depending on the artist/album. Previously mainly just the albums I had ripped from CDs were ones that I had at this high of a quality so I appreciate the fact that now over 90% of my library is that level. It's been really great and works pretty seamlessly. I got the app again recently after not using it for a little while and pleasantly surprised to see you can not only rip from Tidal but also from a ton of other services such as Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon, etc. Used to be only Tidal. The only complaint I have is I wish you could dial in the exact quality and settings you want a little more in the settings. IT's okay now and I can always convert to exactly what I want later, but it would be preferrable to just do it all in one step.

Signed up for a free trial and they put my card on autopay. I never received any emails saying I was signed up or was going to be billed again. Naturally I forgot about Tideabie until my wife asked be about a $50 charge to our credit card. Now out 100 bucks and they will not refund (I never authorized them to autopay). Be very careful with this low-life site.

I have used this program to compliment my TIDAL subscription quite a few times over the years. It is simple to use and very convenient. I would highly recommend this for anyone who streams but would like a digital copy of their favorite tracks and albums. File export varies from MP3 to lossless quality flawlessly. The software also maintains ID3 tags and information. You also have the options to rip playlists if you so choose. The only feature I would like to see in the future is an option to export albums with multiple discs by disc number. Other than that, this program is worth the purchase. Customer Service is pretty reliable and helpful as well.

Best software for downloading music from any streaming services. Off the top of my head they cover: Apple Music, Spotify Music, Tidal, Soundcloud, Amazon Music, Deezer, Line Music, Pandora, Audible, Youtube AND Youtube Music, Daily Motion, Vimeo, Veoh. I've always had a problem with not having the digital file for songs despite spending so much money on streaming services, meaning I lost all my favourite songs if I decide to stop paying. But with this app I can easily download songs, albums, entire playlists! As soon as I create a playlist on my phone, Tidabie has it ready to download. It's reasonably quick, about 4 minutes for ten to fifteen tunes. The best feature, by far, is the quality of the downloads. I can play them on any type of speaker, even soundsystems that usually highlight compressed qualities of songs taken from a Youtube to mp3 website. I almost didn't want to write a review and keep this gold gem to myself, it's that good!

I've been using Tidable for about four years. I've had a couple of hiccups, but support was good and the problems were solved. What I love is Tidal's recent releases have been 24/96 or higher and it's been a great way to update my cd rips with higher resolution versions

Tidabie as an APP is fairly seamless, and the online access to FAQ and detailed instructions for a number of scenarios is accessible and well written. At one point, and after a few months of using it, my money ran out (im currently unemployed and never really get paid as a DJ) and so did my Tidabie subscription. I didnt read everything (take your time to read all the email data, all the payment plans data, and all the FAQ if first time user) and became irritated when i was unable to finish my downloads. I wrote a mildly cranky review on another site, THEN reached out to contact Tidabie and complain. They responded quickly, didnt project the same energy i did, and helped me with my problem. I decided to write a second review cause the other site didnt let me edit my first review. Good app, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and overall my entire user experience was mostly effortless. If I were to do it again, I would spend more time reading everything, it's worth it in the end. Don't be to hasty to dive into everything, it's not complicated but there are several steps if you want to convert your library (as a DJ) to 1411 kbps .aiff files.

At the end of the day, even though i have that one suggestion, this app is enabling me to recover from the loss of my entire music library due to a hacker incursion into my drive. 9 out of 10 is my rating... ONLY because in this economy, the pricing can be cost prohibitive to the lower income brackets like myself. Thanks Tidal!

Absolute game changer of a product that is amazing for either mobile or home dj’s. Now there is no longer any issues having to rely on flakey WiFi or mobile phone data to stream music through a dj controller!! Individual tracks take around 20 to 30 seconds to download and they can be converted into high quality flac files!! Setting the tracks up into playlists or folders ready for the next set is probably the most time consuming part! Loading tracks is now pretty much instant so if you’re not happy with the next track you have lined up, you are not wasting another 15 seconds or so for the next one to load, meaning no anxiety that you’ll run out of time.

Tidabie is incredibly easy to use with very clear instructions on anything I couldn't figure out. This was the third app I tried, and I wish I tried this first. Was a breeze to download my entire Tidal music collection in FLACC in a very short amount of time, along with lyrics and album covers to my PC so I can use even without the tidal app. It allowed me to pit my music on a thumb drive and play it back on my ps5. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to have access to there digital music even of you cancel your tidal subscription.

Brilliant software for home DJs. Streaming music is good and supported in major DJ software and controllers but I always found it laggy and sometimes the songs you love are taken down. This is no longer an issue after using Tidabie. All your favorite songs and dance floor fillers collated in playlists can be easily converted and used offline. Not only that, you can then export and use them on the go too without worrying about Wi-Fi or Cell coverage where you are going to be. Web player integration also makes its so easy to use. Great tool and will use again. Thanks. :0)

Tidabie is an easy and convenient option for those who want to expand their offline music database in a range of formats such as FLAC, AAC, MP3, etc. The desktop application which is supported on both Windows and Mac both does the same job of extracting high-quality music or any other standard that the user prefers from their Tidal accounts, on to their personal storage mediums. Single tracks, full albums, and playlists can be downloaded with the added advantage of setting the preferred bit rate, and format. The download queue can be filled up as much as needed, and left to download on its own, with no user intervention needed in-between. There is an option to put the computer to sleep once the files are downloaded as well, which is an added advantage.
Overall, a great app that does its job with ease!

I've used Tidabie several times for monthly subscriptions. I've found the platform easy to use and the MP3 quality excellent. You can convert to other formats as well - AAC/WAV/FLAC/AIFF/ALAC. I'm so happy with this program that I am going for the lifetime subscription. A must have for any music fan - listen without internet and keep the music forever!

This service is almost a must have for those audiophiles that are looking to make the most of high quality audio files for an upgraded listening and processing experience. As a audio artist I find this service integrates very well with my creations and ability to deliver high quality output using Tidabie in conjunction with other software for stem separation and the like. Tidabie is a user-friendly and reliable tool to convert your files from Tidal without losing the quality (HiFi, don´t know about Master as I havent that kind of account), I recently discovered this online tool when I was looking for a way to store my music more permanently as some tracks suddenly can disappear on the streaming sites. I was impressed by its ease of use and quick conversions (not the stipulated 10 times speed though, more like 6 times, but it´s still very fast in comparison).

Tidabie also supports batch conversions, which is a major time-saver. I found this particularly helpful when I needed to convert multiple files at once. The interface is straightforward and intuitive, so you don't need to be a tech expert to use it (and you have a checkbox so you can send your computer to sleep after a bulk conversion).

Overall, I highly recommend Tidabie for anyone in need of a reliable file conversion tool. It's fast, easy to use, and gets the job done without compromising on quality, easy a five star tool :) .
