Rented two bikes for 113 minutes and was charged DKK 292 per bike. Insanely expensive, almost 2x alternatives like Donkey Republic. No need to pay more

I used them a couple of times since March and they have been charging my account monthly ever since. Would I trust them? Hell no.
UPDATE: they did confirm they have falsely been charging me, and will refund, but only the last month.

beware! they will charge you monthly!
Edit: corrected the amount, its 5.99 a month. Never received an invoice, or any email about subscription.
I hired this scooter in the city of York for 30 minutes last August 29th 2022, now I go onto my savings account and find that they just took another £5.99 payment... today .. 30 of July 2023... looked at my bank and they have been taking this amount since 1 year ago, and on top of that, they have charged twice on many months.
needless to say I will dispute this and get the money back.
never will use them again.

Tier EBike Malahide - Howth & Back
I took a Tier EBike today in Malahide Dublin Ireland ...it was a spur of the moment decision as I was cycling my own bike on a trip from Malahide to Howth but decided to lock up my own bike & try out the Tier EBike. Positives - able to download app quickly, straightforward to scan bike code, unlock and head off. Cycled smoothly & fast but a very heavy bike ...However much more difficult to get any information on prices. Anyway halfway into ride battery 🔋 went no power so had to try cycling it myself ( very very heavy against a strong wind ) came to another Tier station in Sutton switched bikes for a another one and that one also was saying limited battery 16km which was fortunately enough for me but nowhere near the 80km range we are told about. Would it not be better to display on bikes amount left in battery . Also I'm finding it very confusing to work out what I was charged for ....3 separate charges taken out from my card €9 €22 €9 Have no idea are these just for that trip or for joining up etc Have tried to get into Summer Pass Scheme on app but cannot overall a good bike, pleasant ebiking experience on it but heavy, issues with battery running low and also issues with understanding payment system ....seems very pricey. Ahmed on support service was excellent very helpful to my queries and helped resolve issues

Would be nice with some fine system for wrong parking or whatever. Must be easy to track with system the last users…

Frustrating Experience with Tier Scooter Service in Vienna
I recently had a rather frustrating experience with the Tier scooter service in Vienna, Austria. There are multiple areas where bike paths intersect with no-go zones, causing unnecessary delays and unexpected charges.
One particular location that caught my attention is the Johann-Zak-Weg in 1220 Vienna. Despite being designated as a bike path, it cuts through a no-go zone, leaving users stranded for several minutes without any valid reason. What's worse is that during this time, I was unable to log out of the scooter, resulting in additional charges accumulating at a rate of 0.32 cents per minute. It felt like a complete scam.
Furthermore, the problem persists when turning right from Johann-Zak-Weg onto Saikogasse. The bike path is dangerously close to the no-go zone, making it challenging for scooter riders to navigate safely. This lack of proper planning and execution is unacceptable.
To my dismay, similar issues exist with the Andreas-Morth-Weg and Thonetgasse in 1220 Vienna. These paths, supposed to be bike-friendly, have been overlooked and fall within no-go zones, causing significant inconvenience for riders.
I have attempted to reach out to the Tier support team and shared screenshots of these problems. I strongly urge Tier to address these issues promptly, as it reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.
In light of my frustrating encounter, I kindly request Tier to refund the charges incurred during the time I was unable to log out due to the aforementioned problems. It's only fair to compensate customers for the inconveniences caused.
I hope Tier takes this feedback seriously and works towards resolving these issues. As someone who genuinely wants to see the company improve and prioritize customer satisfaction, I look forward to a swift resolution and acknowledgment of the problems encountered.
Sincerely,
Tupac Amaru Denis

Great vehicles and effective support team!
I really like the vehicles - was using it in two countries, Emirates and the UK.
In both countries the experience of service is smooth and bikes and scooters are very comfortable and safe to use.
I had a financial issue related to my relocation to another country and a payment made for TIER service and TIER’s support solved the issue in a very short period of time to my complete satisfaction.
Thanks to support!

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience.
Was shown a notification that I got 3 free unlocks, tried to ride a bike and got charged extra unlock fee.
The helpdesk accused me of lying, asked to show a screenshot with the notification, and when I did, quickly shifted the blame and told me that it was my fault of not following their promo.
Needless to say, didn't get refunded. Never use.

Misleading subscription
Absolutely misleading for the subscription. “Unlimited” “unlock” are promoted with the subscription, without mentioning the minutes are paid extra. Considering the minutes needed for finding the proper parking place, the cost is way too high.

do these bikes mate like rabbits?
It took two emails, but the company did respond and remove 10 or so bikes dumped in front of a park, within 12 hours of my report.. Do these machines mate?

First time user
First time user. Unlocked a bike from Farringdon which indicated it was fully charged, and it was like the bike was dragging a ton of rocks. Really really hard to pedal. Tried to park it and swap to another bike but I was in a no park zone - even though the app didn't tell me that until too late.
Update: contact details and invoice number provided as requested

I like using TIER
I've recently started using Tier E-bikes and scooters to commute to work. The bikes are sturdy and well made, and usually very easy to find. The scooters (in Berlin) are a less robust, but still work fine. The pricing is reasonable for journeys less than 30 minutes.

Great for getting to work
Using the elec scooters has become part of my journey to and from work. Without them I would have been late on many occasions!
I would have left 5* but for the condition of the vehicles.
Almost every Bike or scooter I have rode has had issues such as blinkers not working etc.

pore customer service
I have used tire a lot, with bearly any issues.
Sadly now the scooters don't work as well as they used too. I have had scooters that unlocked but didnt work, scooters that is impossible to lock and scooters that shuts off while riding with a full battery.
Every time i contact cusomer suport they use an eternity to respond, and i have now been charged for multiple rides where the scooter is malfunctioning so severely i never even could go for a ride.
Safe to say i am now done using TIER, i will not pay them then having to walk afterwards.

Due to a faulty e bike I had a minor accident. I have been waiting months to actually get an understanding of what happened and an apology.
I mostly report faults on the scooters and bikes as they do not carry out basic maintenance, very frustrating as it could be such a good resource and scheme. Sadly the tier customer service don’t seem to be interested other than dismiss you with free minutes

AVOID! You will be unable to return the Bike + Continue to be Charged
AVOID!
These Bikes may be "Dockless" but they are required to be Returned to designated Parking Locations (marked ℗ on the Map in the App - Tier App or Free Now). Once there, you Park + Lock the Bike and click End Journey in the App: simple right?
No - that's when your Problems begin:
1. Even though the GPS shows you / your Bike (marked by Blue Dot on the Map) as being at a designated a designated Parking Location, the App won't recognize this and prevents you from Ending your Journey?
2. You can't just walk away - the Bike remains Unlocked and in your Name... and you will be Charged per Minute until the issue is Resolved. You may even have Penalties or Replacement to Pay for.
3. The Customer Phone Number listed on the Bike tells you to use the App for Support!
4. The Agent will tell you repeatedly you are not in a Correct Location and will only relent when you send a Screenshot of your Location on their App... in which case, they tell you they will Override the System this once!
I tried to park in 4 separate Parking Locations in my Village and ended up being charged €9.80 for a 3/4 minute cycle and the hour trying to end my journey. I also missed a Work Call as I couldn't leave the Bike Unattended.
Avoid until you see their Ratings improve.

I rode for the first time.
I rode for the first time.
Found out the ride is not over when you lock up the bike.
Your on pause and then are charged!!!
So a 40 minute bike ride cost me £26.00 !!!.
I managed to get through to customer service on the app.
Refund could take 15 days.
No money for shopping for food.
Really frustrating
