The shisha lounge Hounslow manager Neerao is completely unprofessional and clearly does not understand basic customer service.
I booked a table over the phone, yet when I arrived, they refused to honor the booking and claimed the table was given to someone else.
Instead of fixing their mistake, they forced us to sit somewhere else with no apology or explanation.
The service was terrible from start to finish.
We found hair in the food, which is disgusting and shows a serious lack of hygiene.
On top of that, the food was undercooked and unsafe to eat.

This place is poorly managed, disrespectful to customers, and fails on both service and cleanliness. I would strongly advise avoiding it.

I went to there enfield branch and even when we had a reservation we wasnt allowed in because my wife rejected sending a picture of her id to the securities phone

Worst service ever i’ve received. I went to hanger lane branch just now, with my friends and they refuse to take him and was super rude since beginning. the security guy touched my friend trouser and made him super embarrassed and then he mentioned that he is wearing track suit and they don’t accept. however he was not wearing track suit at all he was wearing proper collar shirt with comfortable trousers. i explained this to the manager And he agreed with us and went to security guys to tell them but still they said we can’t take because the security guys took it very personal and was super super rude. l’ll never recommend this place again super racist. Worst customer service i’ve ever had.

I had a really good experience when I visited Tiger Bay Kingsbury branch. My friends and I had a great time, Good service. Great food selections. But shisha flavours options could be improved.
