Excellent service very knowledgeable sorted a 1pc cue for explained weight differences and balancing .friendly even polished and finished the cue for me while me and the wife went to IKEA. Anyways proof is in the pudding purchased a cue of ebay and the cue from tiger cues is poles apart but both being around the same price . First try out with it last night as only a casual player and it performed absolutely brilliantly. Anyone requiring a good cue with a limited budget can not go wrong here Excellent finish straight as an arrow and glides perfectly through the hand due to the high quality finish .

I recently brought a 1pc ash & ebony cue. Great weight, and feel. Very high quality and speedy delivery. Cue was also packaged very well to avoid any sort of damage. Highly recommend Darryl!! Thanks again!!!

Visited Tiger Cues today and was greeted with fantastic customer service. Going in with little direction of what we wanted, Darryl guided us to find the right cue. Very knowledgable and concise with his advice!

Great service, Great advice, Great choice! I know nothing about pool cues but wanted to buy my daughter a quality cue of her own. We got a next day appointment and Darryl listened attentively to her needs after measuring, trying out several she now has a quality cue that fits her needs and she is over the moon with it. I was very pleasantly surprised by the price too - I was expecting to pay a lot for it so all in all - Happy daughter, Happy mum! Thanks Darryl for all your help.

Brilliant service, I am quite hesitant buying this kind of thing online and I spoke to Daryll a fair bit on whatsapp and email that answered all the questions I had. Cue has arrived and is beautiful to play with really good quality and I could not recommend these cues enough.

Ordered a 1 or 1 limited edition black and gold cue, 1 pc ash, picked it up and can’t complain about it it’s exactly what I asked for, mini butt is excellent and the cue whiz that are for sale can’t speak highly enough about them, as for Daryyl, knows his stuff and gives great advice and after care for cue any problems just a message way and sort it, I’ve struggled for tips over the years but think I found a tip that finally suits me, would recommend for sure for cues and repairs

Amazing service from Daryll Ellis! I went in to have my tip replaced and as a novice, he gave such great advice about cue care, some top tips and even cleaned my cue and oiled my lock! Really appreciate the advice!

Extremely rude and I wouldn't ever even think of buying anything from these people, and from reading poor reviews about the quality of the wood I wouldnt bother either.go and buy a peradon cue instead and get proper quality.

The service provided by Darryl at Tiger Cues and the quality of the products supplied simply cannot be faulted in my opinion. I recently collected my second cue in 5 years from Darryl as I wanted a 1 piece to go with my 3/4 jointed cue (I like to switch between cues depending on how I'm playing at any given time, rather like a golfer switching between putters!). The one I settled on was the Rocket limited edition advertised on the company website. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on this cue is absolutely first class - Darryl has produced a beautiful cue to my exact specifications and I simply cannot fault it. Pricewise I would honestly have expected - and been happy - to pay double what it ended up costing me. I could not be happier and have no hesitation in recommending Tiger Cues for anyone looking for a genuinely top quality hand made cue at a very reasonable price!

Had a new tip fitted on cue last weekend. Excellent service fitted while I waited very friendly and informative. Having played a few times since can honestly say the tip is brilliant. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future 👍

So my cue from some years back lasted about 15 months ish before the ash inside the ferrul crumbled it was outside any warranty but still I emailed about it I had no reply so had it repaired elsewhere but it was never the same after that.sold it and bought another quality cue from Tamworth cues.only years later did Daryl from Tiger contact me moaning about my review he found online (this is about 7 years after I bought cue and about 8 months ago after leaving online review (roughly) my review is 100% accurate the ash in the cue was poor simple as that .it was an 8.5 mm tip used for snooker .there are many players in my teams who use 8.5 and smaller and not 1 has ever had a crumbled ash inside the ferrul. At the end of the day Tiger cues should have delt with my email and responded in some way rather than not at all..instead of just saying I never had or saw an email .then ONLY wanting to intervine after a bad review. I had to go through a time of having a cue I was comfortable with to having to sell it and start again with another cue any match player knows how hard it can be to re adjust to another cue .so you can bet your life I emailed Tiger cues to try and sort my cue .but as I said never heard from them untill Darryl find my bad review....I have had few emails of him this last 10 days moaning about my initial review and saying if I don't alter it he will infact "reply "to it. Well he's welcome to reply .but it won't change anything about the facts .

Had a couple of other big branded cues before, but this cue is a lot better in my opinion. The finish is superior and the feel of it feels nicer when cueing, surprising how a nicer cue gives you more confidence when playing too. I only play 8 ball pool and the 8.5mm tip with Titanium ferrule gives me a lot more control than my other cues I’ve had. Daryl is great to deal with as well, keeping you informed from start to finish. I’ve ordered another cue from Tiger too as me and my son play pool, just awaiting arrival of that one :) Keep up the good work! Would highly recommend these cues, top quality!!

Thanks to darryl and Tiger cues I have a new best friend called woody, this would be their very impressive break cue! Ok I play a lot and for me it was definitely worth the investment I’ve only been playing with it a few days I’m getting nice splits and potting from the break about 80% of the time !

There was a short delay in delivery due to Darryl being away on holiday. He sent me a text message explaining he was away and apologised for that now expected delay to be fair this was only a matter of days he upgraded the postage to 24 hour and posted on his return! The cue was very well packaged and he even through in a few freebies for the inconvenience!

Well looks like woody needs a playmate so looks like I’ll be ordering a new one peace cue soon ! Thanks again
