Ordered my tyres, booked my fitting date. Then get an email a few days later, and the day before fitting, to say ‘Sorry we are unable to assist with your tyre order request’ That was it. No reason given. Don’t count on these people. They can’t be trusted to deliver on what was ordered.

These guys sorted my car out with two part-warn tyres for £70 inc fitting. Could have stung me for 4 but said I only needed front two doing. Top lads, really friendly and personable as well.

He need to be honest in his business. He is a liar and dishonest in business damaged my car track rod by melting down it

I made a booking for same day mobile tyre fitting as I was desperate and couldn't wait, the 'booking' came through in a vague "We have received your request and will be in touch" way. After 4 hours of not hearing anything back I tried to get in touch, only an email address, no phone number. Tried to email to work out if my "request" had been accepted or not. No communication at all. Now it's the next day and I am in a really tight spot as these chancers have cost me a day waiting for tyres that were never coming.

Bank Holiday Monday and yes i need a new tyre! I had asked for a Mobile Tyre fitter in my region and Tiger Tyres answered my call. I even paid extra surcharge for it being bank holiday that being £20.
I waited in from 10.30am and the time is 6.50pm and nothing. Will not be using again.

Had very bad genuine experience with this company and left a genuine review however they got trust pilot to remove my review

I would prefer to run my car on bare alloys than use these cowboys!!!

Bad service avoid like the plague!!!

They said they could not come out for TWO WEEKS - What kind of mobile service is that especially when you're in a tight spot!!!!!

Could not order tyres because I did not have a land line, very odd?

Substituted tyre model when the original was widely available then overcharged for the replacement tyre. Did not respond to messages. Leave well alone!

I ordered tyres on line for fitting in two days time and at a good price it was quite painless and the web site worked well. They rang the day before to say the tyres for my car were out of stock and when questioned about when they would be in they could only say 3 to 4 weeks time! I pointed out these tyres are available ex-stock everywhere else. The very polite Michael then offered me 3 other tyre choices all much more expensive and when I checked other tyre retailers surprise, surprise Tiger Tyres were now much more expensive than their competitors. Maybe best to stick to your local suppliers.

Waste of time. Accept orders for same day fitting on tyres they do not have - and don't even bother to tell you until you phone up to find out where they are.

A complete waste of time. Their policy appears to be to annoy any potential customers as much as possible. They waited a week before leaving an 'urgent' message for me to contact them (without leaving any details), and were then unavailable when I phoned back. I eventually learned they couldn't supply the tyres which their website advertised, which they could have told me in a simple email a week before.

Ordered 2 tyres online,then they ignored me so I got back on to them and was told to wait a couple of hours to find a fitter,then ignored my calls for 24 hours then told to wait 2 weeks for mobile fit,what a site,special,do the armed forces they boast of supplying have to wait that long.

Booked online and selected the tyres advertised on the website only to be told that they were now obsolete. Was told by the salesman that they could provide a better quality alternative, which I had never heard of and were dearer than the branded tyres that I had originally selected. Paid by card and was told that a VAT receipt would be emailed once the work was completed. Was contacted by the fitter who phoned 30 minutes before he arrived. The tyre fitter was very efficient and totally professional and completed the work in a very short time. I contacted customer services to request a VAT invoice but no response. Such a pity that the customer services do not provide a professional and efficient service the same as the fitters .......................

Easy to use, came next day, friendly staff, would use again.

Michael was very helpful and called me up the next day when the tyres weren't available and offered me an alternative. The fitter came when he said he would and fitted both tyres very promptly

I am really happy with this company and would use again.

This is the second time I've ordered tyres through Tiger Tyres, and on both occasions they have called me back the next day to say they don't have the tyres I've ordered in stock, and then they try to sell me more expensive tyres they do have available.
In this day & age of computerised stock management, why let customers order tyres they don't have in stock?
I ended up getting the same tyres fitted elsewhere for similar money - a much better experience than Tiger Tyres, who I won't be using again.

Ordered tyres and the next day they were fitted by a polite, efficient tyre fitter. 10/10 would use again.

Cheapest quote I found and great service to boot!
