Founded nearly 20 years ago as a small shop in the Metrocentre we saw the need to establish an online presence in 2010. Our Head Office is now based in Morpeth along with our new distribution centre opened in 2014. This is an excellent company. Customer service excellent, I have contacted the shop by phone to ask for advice and help before ordering. Orders by phone or online are despatched very quickly. Would recommend this company.

Lovely fit - slightly different colour to expectation
I really like the patterned cotton tights. They fit well and do not make me feel hot. I bought 2 different colours of 100 denier. The web site was misleading on the purple as they seemed brighter there than in reality. More like grape than purple violet colour on picture. Very fast delivery.

Thank you for your comments, we try our best, however, colour matching on pictures can vary by the screen settings, we notice the differences between the machines in our office. What I would advise is that the actual picture of the product is usually more accurate than the swatches which are generic colours.

Late delivery
I ordered an item which was a last minute gift . The delivery date was guaranteed for 24 December and that was the only reason for the purchase as I couldn't obtain the product from any other outlet as everywhere seemed to be sold out. Unfortunately the item wasn't delivered until 29 December !
I emailed the company who apologised but made some reference implying that I had misread their delivery information. I'm sure I didn't but could not check back to the initial order to confirm their instructions.
The fact that they replied immediately to my query slightly made up for my disappointment even though I still felt a bit misled by their claim of a guaranteed delivery.

I am sorry that you misunderstood the 'Guaranteed' delivery option which required you to opt for 'Next Day Guaranteed Delivery' at the checkout. This is referred to on the product details page - the wording at this moment in time is 'Order in the next 5 hours, 22 minutes for delivery on Thursday 31st, December.Select RM Next Working Day Guaranteed (Signature Required) at checkout. Restrictions may apply.'.
Your order was placed at 8.35pm on the 22nd December and therefore was dispatched on the 23rd December by your chosen delivery option which was Royal Mail 48. Our estimated delivery date readout on the checkout pages would have advised that delivery would be estimated at Tuesday 29th December or Wednesday 30th December. If you had chosen the Next Day Guaranteed delivery option as advised it would have arrived as required. It would seem that Royal Mail have met their service level on this occasion with delivery on the 29th December.
As previously advised, if the item is no longer required we will be happy to offer a full refund upon its return.

Good fast service.
Good fast service. A shame they sent the black/white bow socks through instead of all white like I ordered but we prefer them better.
Love fact you have 16-18 tights I'm a size 20 and these still fit me and made me so happy. Will certainly use the service again.
