Founded nearly 20 years ago as a small shop in the Metrocentre we saw the need to establish an online presence in 2010. Our Head Office is now based in Morpeth along with our new distribution centre opened in 2014. We are constantly expanding our extensive range of tights, stockings, hold ups and socks - as well as associated accessories. Tight spot!!
I needed some footless tights quickly, I looked online at Tights,Tights,Tights but couldn't decide as I needed advice, I phoned them and was very pleased with the level of knowledge and help I was given. Everything I bought is perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Order never arrived...when I called,I was made to feel like I was trying to "do" them...my order was for less than £9.....got my money back with no problems....cant comment on standard of goods as never recieved....wont buy again from here.....

I am sorry that you felt that way, we always have to check that our dispatch details are correct. We check that the delivery address is correct and that our Royal Mail account has been updated with the details - this confirms that the address label has been printed so we can be sure that we have not overlooked sending your order.
We receive returns regularly that have not been collected from the sorting office, so we always ask customers to kindly check there.
As you confirmed in your comments we refunded the lost parcel the same day that we received your e mail confirming that the parcel had still not been received.
