Took a few emails to actually get the sample tiles delivered, first order, nothing, emailed them and was assured they would be sent. Again nothing. Emailed again then they arrived next day. Customer service was fine, very apologetic but seem to have some communication issues with their warehouse. I have ordered from bathroom Mountain a few times which I assume is same company and had no issues at all. So probably just an unfortunate glitch.

Great service. I ordered a full tile sample to see how it would look in my hall. I received the tile the next day. It was really well packaged and I was impressed by the fast service delivery.

I wanted to order some tiles but, due to a problem with my card, couldn't pay through the website. I called up customer services, got through almost immediately, and Karen was very helpful in giving me an alternative way to pay. The tiles still arrived at 10 am the next day!

Spoke to Robbie at Peterborough branch. He helped us calculate room area’s and tiles needed. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and very professional. 10/10

Tiles look amazing and were easy to fit . Delivery was useless , waited in all day , guy turned up at 5 pm with just my tiles on the lorry , no phone call .

I've had to contact them a number of times for different queries on questions I was unsure about before I pleased my order and they've been absolutely brilliant especially customer service lady Misbah.
They are easy to contact and nothing seems too much bother for them.
If only every company were like Tile Mountain.

Fantastic all-round!
The ability to order a sample of 1 whole tile - brilliant. Avoids possible costly mistakes and gives peace of mind when ordering. I can physically put in-situ and don't have to use my imagination! Website was easy to navigate and order from. Delivery was smooth, well communicated, and on time. Even the delivery driver was cheerful, and it was 30°s outside! Packaged well, not wastefully, beautiful textured tile sample arrived in perfect condition. Great experience, definitely recommend, I will be back for my next project. Thank you all.
