First class service from start to finish
First class service from start to finish. I had ordered samples which were dispatched the same day and delivered very quickly. I thereafter ordered my tiles, which were very reasonably priced, and spoke to customer services, (sorry I forgot to take a note of their name) who were really lovely and obliging and arranged delivery for the next day. The tiles were delivered by Valentino who was really helpful, friendly and professional and he put the pallet on the spot on my driveway where I wanted them. There were six tiles broken in transit (which is to be expected with being a fragile item) and after sending a photo of these whilst they were still on the pallet together with a photo of the batch number replacement tiles were dispatched by Jordan (Jord S) the same day. This is the first time using Tile Mountain and I will most certainly use them again. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery. Carrier used failed to do this, I had to wait for 5 days for tiles. The company did not offer me any compensation. They should use a company who can actually provide what Tile Mountain customers expect. In addition, when I finally got my product, two tiles were broken in the box..

Positive experience with customer service
We ordered a large amount of tiles and a couple were damaged in the corners. Tile Mountain responded quickly and were very clear and fair with their solutions. They were happy to rectify the issue and did this without any arguments or excuses. I would definitely use Tile Mountain again. A very positive experience.

Outstanding customer service from Maryam
I placed an order and arranged for delivery 48 hours later. The next day I needed to add something to the original order. I called Customer Services and thanks to the brilliant Maryam, everything was sorted out within minutes. Maryam was patient and helpful and did exactly as she said she would. She is a fantastic asset to Tile Mountain.

Wont be using again
First time using this company but unfortunately will be the last. The tiles arrived damaged and had to jump through hoops for a measly 50% refund of the damaged tiles. Some were completely shattered so couldn't use the off-cuts and I couldn't return as they were out of stock and the job had started. They are fast at responding when contacting re the issue but that's about all the positives I can give.
