Very happy with Tile Mountain. They have a good range of products at competitive prices, and the quality of the tiles is very good.

I also had an issue with some tiles damaged during delivery, but their Customer Services team handled it quickly and professionally. Special thanks to Rabia Idrees, who was very helpful and resolved the issue without any hassle.

Overall, a great experience with Tile Mountain. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Tile Mountain are a great and very professional company with beautiful quality tiles. Really easy to order with swift confirmation and delivery information. I ordered late in the afternoon and received them the next morning. The pallet was neatly and professionally packaged with no damage. However a couple of tiles within the undamaged boxes were broken and the customer service matched the professionalism of the company as Rabia Idrees kindly and swiftly dealt with my claim, arranging replacement tiles to be delivered with no hassle at all. Great company, great delivery service and great customer service. Thank you.

Outstanding service... Everything arrived when it was supposed to and one box of LVT flooring that had some damage to one corner (which the delivery driver pointed out to me) was very quickly replaced and dealt with at lightning speed by Rabia within 24 hours.

We had requested a delivery using a small van due to living on a narrow road. On the day the delivery driver rang to say he couldn't deliver to the house because he was in a truck and did we have a car to collect the tiles from him. Not Tile Mountains fault but delivery company. Rabia Idrees in customer service organised for a delivery fee refund due to the inconvenience. Thanks Rabia

Misbah was very helpful. She tracked down my original order and confirmed that I received one box less tiles than I should have. She spoke with her manager and they arranged that to compensate for this my next order would bnot have a delivery charge. The tiles cost £41 and the delivery £29.99 but I was pleased that they were helpful due to the delay in discovering the error.

Angelo was so helpful from start to finish. He was able to get my Belize tiles to me without delay. Unfortunately there was damage to one of the boxes and Angelo, again, sent my replacement tiles the next day. Very happy with the quality of the tiles and the fantastic customer service will definitely ensure I return to Tile Mountain in the future.

I purchased the Carrera Gold Marble Effect Rectified Polished Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile expecting a predominantly white tile, as depicted in the product images. Unfortunately, once installed, the tiles appeared much more yellow in tone than advertised, which was very disappointing and not at all what I had anticipated.

While the quality of the tile itself may be acceptable, the colour representation online was misleading in my experience. This made it difficult to make an informed purchase decision, especially for such a significant part of the room’s overall look.

To make matters worse, any surplus tiles cannot be returned under the company’s policy, which leaves little flexibility if you need to order extra for fitting and then find the product is not as expected.

Overall, I feel let down by the inaccurate product depiction and the restrictive returns policy. I would advise others to request a sample first and clarify the returns terms before purchasing.

I received excellent customer service from Rachael at Tile Mountain today. I contacted them because I wanted to add some extra items to an order I had already placed. Rachael immediately put my original order on hold, explained exactly what I needed to do, then merged the two orders and refunded the additional delivery charge.

Everything was dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a really friendly manner. It was so refreshing to have a straightforward problem resolved without any fuss. Thank you, Rachael — excellent service and very much appreciated!

I have been trying to source some tiles to replace a few cracked tiles in my kitchen. I spoke with Seemab Sarfraz from Tile Mountain who couldn't have been nicer. I told her of the tile I had and suggested that a tile from Tile Mountain was the closest I had found, but she suggested two other tiles would might meet my needs and is in the process of sending me samples of these new tiles. I'm sure that with her help I will find a tile which closely resembles the tiles already laid.

We were impressed with the variety of tiles to choose from and staff were helpful.We would prefer samples to be available to purchase in store rather than order on line/deliver to home address and when the design is random shadings to be able to purchase several to see the effect in the home.
We had 3 unopened boxes surplus within a week of purchasing but we're not able to return them.This will deter us from using tile mountain in the future

Helpful staff and a good price

Beautiful tiles received from tile mountain, our go-to online store. Unfortunately 3 were a different colour but this was quickly resolved and rectified by Karen in customer service, it was super easy and replacement tiles sent out the same day with next day delivery! We ordered 2 types of floor and wall tiles which are stunning and just as we had hoped for. However, we needed to return part of our order and contacted customer services for support, I found our advisor Rabia Idrees extremely helpful, I received quick responses and the return was resolved promptly. We would definitely use tile mountain again and would highly recommend them.
