Swift efficient service. Samples arrived in good time.
Delivery costs a bit too much but I get what I asked for in the time frame agreed. Replacements were sent out immediately also.

Firstly, I have been shopping around a lot for tiles and I must say Tile Mountain have a selection of tiles to choose from in store. Prices are very reasonable too.

I’m also honestly really impressed with the customer service at Tile Mountain. I had a query last week regarding the pricing of the tiles when I rang and then emailed and it was resolved well by Rabia.

The delivery is very quick (you can get tiles within a day or two depending on stock). Unfortunately we found a couple of tiles damaged, but this was very quickly resolved without any hassle by Saba.

Both phone and email customer service have been patient, helpful and understanding. I will definitely recommend and use tile mountain again.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to a change of circumstance. I called Tile Mountain and the assistant Rabia Idrees was extremely helpful in assisting me with my cancelation. It was extremely straight forward and I was very pleased with the communication.

From start to finish, my experience with Tile Mountain was stress free.
I ordered samples which were delivered promptly and it really helped me choose the type and colour of tiles that I wanted for my ensuite renovation.
The tiles themselves are top notch and best of all, they’re absolutely stunning.
The cherry on top was the price! I shopped around extensively and Tile Mountain’s price could not be beaten for the type and quality of tiles I was looking for.
I’ve had a 5-star experience and would not hesitate to recommend Tile Mountain to friends and family.

Samples were great quality compares to other suppliers. We chose willow click spc range, chose delivery date. Vehicle broke down, we were alerted and Tile mountain with Palex made sure we had priority response. Test of a company when things go wrong and it was recovered well. The tiles are brilliant. I laid them to very clear instructions and the quality of engineering is superb. They look impressive. We have top of the range glue down in several rooms, these are half the price and are a match on quality.

Exceptional service from Tile Mountain, especially SABA, who was incredibly helpful throughout. As a goodwill gesture, the company accepted the return of my tiles and arranged a refund, which I greatly appreciated.

The quality of the tiles is outstanding, and everyone who visits my home compliments them. The next-day delivery service was also excellent, with the driver calling ahead before arriving.

I’ve never experienced this level of customer service from any other company. Tile Mountain truly puts the customer first. Highly recommended.
I will be using again as I have another project to do the ( hallway )

Tiles were delivered on time and undamaged. My experience in the store was great also. The store assistant was jolly and helpful, making the experience of tile shopping much more pleasant than I anticipated. I will definitely use their services again.

Postage damage on transport, try to return and apparently customer has to pay for it, and once item return they will refund you if they can re-sell. I call them to ask if o coukd return in a showroom so won't have to pay postage and they said no.

We’ve purchased tiles in the past from several tile suppliers like Tops Tiles but never experienced the kind of service’s such as Tile Moutain much much better than elsewhere, in addition some tiles broken and they replaced without hesitation. If anyone need the best kind of marble tiles don’t go anywhere but Tile Mountain.
