We’ve purchased tiles in the past from several tile suppliers like Tops Tiles but never experienced the kind of service’s such as Tile Moutain much much better than elsewhere, in addition some tiles broken and they replaced without hesitation. If anyone need the best kind of marble tiles don’t go anywhere but Tile Mountain.

Bellevue Ivory Stone large outdoor tiles
I purchased the Bellevue Ivory Stone large outdoor tiles for my garden project.
Although I had issues with some the tiles being chipped, the customer service I received was outstanding.
The company arranged for replacement tiles to be sent next day. I had to contact them again a few times for extra tiles and again, the customer service was super quick. I consistently received replies to my e-mails within the hour and any issues were resolved very quickly.
Aleishya was one of the team that I dealt with and she was a great help.
I’d recommend this company 10/10.

Great experience from start to finish. Customer service was friendly, helpful and easy to reach whenever I had a question. Delivery was fast, even when I had to order more. The tile quality exceeded my expectations, even the builders and tilers were impressed. I went for Roca Travertine effect and absolutely love the end result. Highly recommended!

Tiles arrived completely smashed up and we not even put on a pallet.
Company clearly charge more for delivery, then cut corners where possible to maximise profit.
Would never use them again after being refunded for the majority of tiles and extortionate delivery costs.

DO NOT buy tiles from tile mountain…
IDO NOT buy tiles from tile mountain unless you want an awful service and defected tiles.
You cannot return tiles that are still in original packaging if you didnt notify them within 24 hours of accepting delivery. You cannot open every single box on delivery, this can only be done when ready to tile. The return policy states 14 days, however if you dont notify them on acceptance of delivery you basically put your money down the drain, especially when they recommend you over order!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. SO MANY ALTETNATIVES WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE.

I am absolutely delighted with the LVT flooring I ordered for my mum’s lounge. It looks stunning, is incredibly practical, and has completely transformed the room.
I was so pleased with the quality that I plan to order more in the future, as I didn’t have enough storage space to keep all the boxes at once. I am using the same flooring throughout most of the downstairs and on the upstairs landing, creating a beautiful, seamless look throughout the home.
