I searched for grey tiles up to 15 sqm
I searched for grey tiles up to 15 sqm. When I checked out the price added another 3 sqm on to the price. The banner that said a discount of 10% would be added at checkout but this didn't happen. I tried the online chat but after 24 hrs per mssg I gave up. However, customer service rang, apologised and refunded 10% explaining that the price must have been updated before I checked out. Very nice lady.

Speedy tile replacement.
Unfortunately one of my tiles was broken and as it was a very large one we needed it replaced, the process to upload photos etc was simple and quick. Scott was brilliant and a replacement tile was sent next day, so no delay to our installation. Brilliant customer service, would definitely recommend.

Initially tiles out of stock but came in stock when they said they would, ordered and delivered in good time.
Initially the tiles were wanted were out of stock but they gave the date when they would be available. We waited until then and they were available, ordered them and got them delivered within a few days. Great service.
