Brilliant service
A really excellent, honest company. I have had first-class service from Joseph in particular, and Brendan, right from my initial enquiry and then through to the delivery of samples and the placing of the order itself. Nothing has been too much trouble. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A quick and easy way to order my tiles.
I only required a few tiles to patch up my bathroom and I was treated and valued as a customer the same as if I was someone placing a large order.
Joseph who dealt with my order always replied straight away to my queries, he was efficient and informative. I would have no hesitations in using this company for all my tiling needs and highly recommend them to anyone. (Especially Joseph)!
The delivery was ordered and it was received the next day. Very fast.

While I didn't buy from tiles2go I have to say how helpful Mandy was in trying to resolve our particular issue of difficult access to our property for delivery. She tried so hard to co-ordinate the logistics for us, and was still working to address it, but in the end we had to purchase locally because of a tight deadlines. I would definitely go back to tiles2go, if we didn't have this issue, as both their price was competitive and customer service was excellent.
