We went to the store on Staples corner this morning. The service was great - I dont do reviews normally but this was worth a mention. Highly recommended.
Good selection. Knowledgable. All round helpful.

We spent a while going through different tiles and Abdul & colleague could not have been more helpful. Abdul was also brilliant sorting out delivery when it was convenient for us and getting extra materials ready. Thanks so much!

I looked left, right and center for the best tiles at the best prices; that’s when I stumbled across Tiles DIY, actually by complete accident when driving through staples corner. You have the best ceramic and porcelain tiles around not just in the manner but literally in London as far as I’m concerned; so I bought 60 sq meters of Erte Grey tiles, they’re the business. Anyway there’s a guy called Abdul who’s an absolute legend; I want to say thanks again for your help.

Hugo at the Feltham branch has been amazing throughout the whole process. So knowledgable and patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next project. Thank you so much for making this so enjoyable.

The showroom in Staples corner was great and we saw a tile which we really liked for our new bathroom. ordered this online and received delivery within a timely manner. UNFORTUNATELY, as the pallet was lowered from the van, we saw most of the tiles were already damaged. the driver said contact the company and had to drop the delivery. We had to carry the broken tiles into the house. Communication with tiles DIY was VERY SLOW. Trying to reach anyone on the phone was also a challenge. ultimately they replaced the broken tiles and arranged another delivery. BUT they do not accept collections (even though what they delivered was already damaged). this means we are supposed to dispose of their broken stock. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Thank God we didn't order any more from them.

Tiles DIY in Chingford was a rare find. First of all the price beat everyone we tried and the quality of customer service was second to none. From help with choosing the tiles to returning the ones we didn’t use. Great advice also when needed. Over and above what we’ve come to expect from any retailer. Thank you. Can’t recommend highly enough.

So pleased I stumbled upon this shop. Neil was super friendly and helpful, and found the exact tile I was looking for (having failed in a couple of other places). The price was great too!

Great service from Neil in the staples corner branch. Been searching for a specific tile for ages, everywhere else wasn’t even interested to look, but Neil took the time to dig around in the back and came up trumps!

I wanted to choose some slabs for my garden. I went to the Bounds Green branch where l found the staff to be extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable with excellent communication and customer service.

This is the second time l have used this company as previously l purchased my bathroom tiles from them too. I would definitely be coming here again in the future due to the amazing service, unbeatable prices and quality products.

Awful Company. Sent me the incorrect tiles, not the tiles I ordered from the sample. Therefore I didn't accept the delivery. Over £1500 of tiles purchased and they only refunded £1000. Took off £500 off for delivery charges. Trying to palm me off by saying they sent the correct tiles and that the sample wasn't a good reflection of the tiles they delivered. They are completely different!!!

We used the Colchester Branch - What a fantastic shop! Excellent customer service from the moment you walk through the door. Great display of tiles and ranges/options in sizes. Colin and the team helped us with everything from the grade/type/price of tiles, through to refunds for leftover packs and advice on colour of grouts etc. Worked well with Dan, the tiler, to make deliveries etc. flow smoothly. Easy to get to and plenty of parking outside. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this customer friendly store.

I had been assisted with getting all my fixtures and fittings from start to finish by the Wonderful Salesman JOHN. Every time I entered the shop JOHN was there and he was always happy to help me no matter what. I had visited the shop 4 times and there was one occasion I spent about an hour in there and JOHN was on hand to show me around and confirm the sizes and textures of all of the items I intended on buying from the Phoenix Catalogue. At no time did JOHN show any dis-interest or impatience.
Having staff like JOHN working for your company is what keeps customers like me happy. Everything I bought has served it's purpose well with regards to the quality and fit.
The team JOHN works alongside being Soner, Luke and two other staff members who were on site I also found to be very professional and polite.

Abdul at Tiles DIY... I think he's at Bounds Green branch now - excellent help and great communication which is important. Thoroughly recommend him and the team... dealing with these guys were one of the easiest parts of our project.

I don't often write reviews but decided to write this for the service offered by Neal in Tiles DIY, Ilford branch.
We have bought floor and wall tiles from Tiles DIY Ilford branch, for our house renovation.
I must say these guys have good collections of tiles at good price, we have visited many tiles shops in the Ilford area but found them very good.

We have dealt with Neal from Tiles DIY, Ilford, for our purchase. Neal is such a lovely person, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We bought about 50 sq meters of tiles ( wall and floor) Neal helped us to get good price with discounts. I strongly recommend this place for any tiles purchase.

Really happy with the whole experience. Extremely professional in providing advice and guidence. Staff both Neil and Soner went the extra mile in helping me get the correct items and taking them to my car. I visited the shop on 4 occasions and each time greeted with a smile! Overall really happy with the experience and even more happy with the quality and look of the tiles.

Son had an urgent request to complete his set up for a photo shoot in a studio. The Bounds Green store were very helpful and tracked down the tile stock he needed in their Colchester warehouse/showroom. Colin at Colchester was amazing, went above and beyond, running to the warehouse before it closed (a minute to spare) to get the additional stock we required, and then staying late because we got held up in traffic. Frankly, unbeatable service, and all provided with humour and enthusiasm. We are very grateful, and appreciative.

This is a thank you message for Neil who went out of his way to make sure we had delivery of some missing items. Without this help we could not have finished our work.
