Ordered high gloss marble effect porcelain tiles at a excellent price much cheaper then anywhere else I searched. They turned up on time none broke during transit. Very helpful staff during purchase. Highly recommend!!

Tiles Porcelain are without doubt my ‘go to’ place whenever I want tiles. Samples arrive quickly, the service is exemplary and the prices are very competitive.

Owner very helpful, delivery as stated , tiles look great , reasonably priced , would definitely use again, highly recommend.

Echoing the review below.

It’s not clear, that the prices exclude VAT. Given, the law states either include VAT in the total price or make it clear, the prices are ex VAT. Turns out the company places a tiny disclaimer at the foot of the very long page, in font size 8. And makes no reference, next to the price, on the website that prices do not include VAT.

Apparently, the company claims are there are mainly a B2B, therefore they do not need to state prices are excluding VAT. This is not the case, as the transactions is subject to Consumer Trading Regulation (CPR).

At no point did it occur to me, the price did not include VAT. Their competitor was in fact, 30% cheaper when this anomaly was taken into account. Granted a quote is sent. To be fair to the company, I should have checked whether VAT was included or not. I failed to do this. So some part of the blame falls on me. However, as a buyer is used to a final price being displayed.

Company could have had the decency to refund the exorbitant price difference because of the VAT displaying omission. But, did not.

Avoid.

First part of the service was very good - although we had 2 cracked tiles on delivery. Its taken me nearly 3 months to get the replacement sent - and then they only sent 1. Be careful.

I ordered a sample which came in the post really quickly, I then spoke to one of the sales team who posted a further sample to me. In a following conversation, the same lady was really helpful and placed my order for me including all the necessary items I needed. It all arrived on the day we had agreed in good order. Overall it was great customer based service for me.

5 Stars. Staff that I have spoken with were very friendly and helpful, they have answered all of my questions. Delivery was supper fast and best of all the quality of tiles are SUPPER!

Absolutely fantastic tiles ordered from Tiles Porcelain. 40 square metres for a garage and at £400 was an incredible price. I was advised not to order the ones i had initially been interested in and can say their advice was right. The ones i was advised to get are fantastic and do not get slippery when wet. I would recommend this company all day long. They even packaged them onto a pallet for me so i could arrange a courier collection

Very disappointing. We purchased 500m2 of premium matt white tiles on a £4m development and the tiles are inconsistent in colour and worst part of all they are wavy with ripples. They must be 2nds and I will have to get them all taken up. over £10k of tiles that need replacing. We have called them several times with them saying they would call back but never do.

70 90 percent of tiles damaged the only reason I did not give any stars is because the sale staff were grey helpful

Brilliant service and the product is great

Previously tiled our kitchen floor with black granite star from TP and looks great. Excellent quality and very competitively priced - would definitely use again when the latest extension is finished.
